This situation has continued for more than 3 days.I contacted their support multiple times but instead of fixing the issue or allowing me to withdraw my money they refused to refund my deposit. There was no clear explanation no solution and no responsibility taken by the company.From my experience:❌ Deposit accepted instantly❌ Odds suddenly blocked after deposit❌ Website not functioning properly❌ No refund after several days❌ Poor and unhelpful customer supportThis behavior is very suspicious and feels like a scam operation.
