Due to a system error the bonus and deposit were not credited at that time.Only on June 25th more than 20 days later did I receive an email confirming that my deposit and bonus were finally credited to my account.I wagered the entire balance and additional winnings totaling around 25 SOL following all the bonus terms and conditions.When I requested a withdrawal of 5.1 SOL it was denied and the funds were removed from my account without any valid explanation.Customer support claimed I “did not request the bonus” on June 4th but according to their own terms the bonus should be automatic.
