• I am beyond disappointed with how this situation has been handled. I placed a cashout at exactly 11:05 PM for my bet received a confirmation receipt and everything was fine. Yet now the bet is showing as lost and the funds from the cashout are completely missing from my account! How is this even possible? This is not only unprofessional but completely unacceptable.I’ve been betting here for a long time and am not new to this processI know exactly when a cashout is successful and finalized.
I am waiting that this issue will be resolved immediately and the cashout amount credited back to my account.Update: I am still waiting 11 days for my stake to be returned i provided live video proof.
