I contacted support and they told me to wait up to 7 days. After 7 days of complete inaction I contacted them again and was told that the specialist had provided incorrect information and that I should wait 14 days instead. After another 14 days with no action I contacted them once more and this time they said there are no specific timeframes and they cannot say when it will be resolved. The question is: why did they initially provide timeframes for changing the email if those timeframes were never real?Update:Cloudbet publicly stated that my account was accessed from Donetsk. This statement is misleading and incorrect.Before any restrictions were applied I attempted to complete account verification and submitted official documents including my passport and registration address. These documents clearly show my location as Dobropillia Donetsk region Ukraine. Cloudbet had access to this information prior to restricting my account.I have never been physically located in Donetsk city nor have I accessed my account from there. It was not realistically possible for me to do so.Despite this my winnings were voided and only my original deposit was returned without a clear explanation or completion of the stated review process.After that my account was restricted to withdrawals only.
