• I am writing to express my severe dissatisfaction and frustration with Cloudbet specifically regarding an issue encountered while playing the Crash game by the provider Galaxy.On two consecutive rounds I attempted to place a $20 bet at the start of the game clicking the Bet button as usual. However before the round even began and my bet could be accepted $20 and then another $7 (totaling $27) were deducted from my account and the game did not start/accept the bet. Essentially my money was zeroed out due to what appears to be a flaw or glitch in the sites interface/system.Immediately I tried to contact the sites support service to explain the situation. My attempts to reach customer service continued for nearly three days. Each time I was simply told that a ticket has been opened. Finally on the third day I received a response stating that no problem was found and they would not refund my money.I have personally witnessed similar complaints suggesting that this user interface error is causing significant distress and financial loss to many players.Furthermore the entire experience with the customer service team was unacceptable. Their tone was consistently dismissive and almost reprimanding adding insult to injury instead of providing assistance.This is a clear case of a platform error leading to the loss of a players funds which has been met with a complete refusal to investigate or compensate paired with terrible customer support. I demand a proper review of this incident and the immediate return of my $27.I advice dont use Cloudbet!

Cloudbets Crash Game Glitch Cost Me $27 - Appalling Customer Service Refuses Refund

• Don’t even waste your time…. They have no problem accepting your deposit at all don’t have to verify a damn thing for them to steal your money. When you go to withdrawal it will say “$2200” daily limit to withdrawal but when you go to withdraw $50 200 or 300 then all of a sudden it wants to tell you to verify identity. How convenient that the only thing it says about verification is if you want to do more than $2200. Tried talking to support for the last 45 minutes and not a single person will respond.
