Not impressed with these people

• Not impressed with these people. Have had NUMEROUS charges come through under random names and not even close to the right address or other info on my credit card. Filed a police report and found this companies support email info and emailed them the situation and what I found. Despite being offered police reports and any other papers they could possibly want or need to investigate this issue and help me redeem my stolen funds and despite me being extremely patient and understanding they were rude and basically told me to go eff myself for all intents and purposes. Merry Christmas to you too.... Im sorry that your companies integrity and cash flow is so tragic and non-existent that you are desperate to keep clearly and inarguably stolen funds obtained through your site. Despicable. But after seeing the... Wonderful... Rating they have on here from others... It adds up. No worries Ill let the police know you are refusing to assist or investigate as well as the local news and the local news where you are physically located out of office wise that you are essentially assisting in money laundering and fraudulent charge activity rather than help someone in an awful situation by doing whats right. • First of all they have no phone support and no live chat. Just the zendesk. Which they ignore unless you have a deposit question. Yesterday they shut down for maintenance. When they came back online the money in my account was gone. I have repeatedly asked for its return an explanation or what the solution is. The reply I did get after 14 hours of waiting was that the funds SHOULD be in my account. And as a token of appreciation they deposited a dollar in my account. I again told them the money is not in there. I have written 3 times since. They do not answer. Clubs Poker and their zendesk and support staff can eat a bag of D*#ks.

• On November 21 I won a jackpot on this supposed casino for over $5000 from which I proceeded to cash out $4500 7 days later I have not received a dime. Despite them telling you payouts will happen in 5-7 days. Don’t trust this casino. Save your money. I regret all the money I invested on them thinking they were a Legit casino. I have attempted to communicate with them several times and haven’t heard anything. The only good reviews here must be fake. If they are actually real and somehow end up paying me what they owe me I will gladly come back and change this review so let’s see how real they actually are.

I won $20000 within my first 2 hours playing

• I came across this casino a few weeks ago and started playing. I won $20000 and ended up cashing out $10000 of it. • Stay away!! Trust me! I logged in daily. I’m in an approved state. No vpn usage. I had a balance of almost $35. I mailed in letters for some free sweeps coins and about 3 weeks later they banned my account. Terrible business. All they said was I violated Terms 3 & 7 which I promise I did not. Spread the word. • Update: My first redemption came in 12 hours and it was a big one. This stands out to me because even larger casinos in the industry take much longer!Im currently waiting on my first redemption and will update once received. So far clubs poker has been good. I like the layout and its simple to navigate. The reels seem on par with the bigger sweeps casinos as well. They have a ton of great games and hopefully continue to add in the future

• ***Update Nov 23. I have continued to play on clubpokers platform. I have now made 5 redemptions the longest one to get was my smallest at $100 took about 28 hours. I would a HIGHLY recommend playing here. Customer service is fantastic. I had an issue where my purchase didn’t credit my account so I emailed them a response within 30 minutes and the purchases actually credited to my account before than they still comped me half my purchase. When I first started playing games did time out and have some issues but that seems to be corrected now. Highly recommend playing here. The one thing I think is a downfall comparing them to high 5 casino is. Payout time but they are usually never over 12 hours. That’s what I liked about high 5 is it was usually instant to Skrill.
