DO NOT USE SITE - PLATFORM HAS SEVERELY DOWNGRADED
- Ive been using Clubs Poker for about a year and I need to warn potential customers about how dramatically this platform has deteriorated.WHEN I STARTED (1 YEAR AGO):- Quality game selection- Reasonable gameplay speed- Better RTP (return to player) percentages- Daily sweepcoins rewards: $0.50- Minimal technical issuesCURRENT STATE (AVOID):- Game quality has downgraded substantially- RTP percentages have noticeably dropped- EVERY game now takes 30-60 seconds PER SPIN due to severe lag- Daily sweepcoins reduced to only $0.20- Constant technical malfunctionsThe lag issue alone makes this platform completely unbearable. What should be a 5-minute gaming session becomes 30+ minutes because every single spin takes 30-60 seconds to complete. This isnt a phone or internet issue on my end - as you can see from other recent reviews here this is a widespread platform problem affecting multiple users. TRUSTPILOT WARNING:Notice the warning at the top of this page - Trustpilot has flagged Clubs Poker for unsupported invitation methods that may compromise review reliability. This suggests they may be manipulating their review process.When I experienced technical issues and requested a fair refund for the defective service they flatly refused despite their platform clearly not working properly. I had no choice but to file chargeback disputes with my credit card company. Interestingly they have refunded several of those disputed transactions rather than fight them - which tells you they KNOW their service is defective but wont make it right unless forced to.This platform has gone downhill significantly. The games are worse the rewards are less the technical performance is abysmal (30-60 second lag per spin is unacceptable) and customer service wont help when things go wrong. There are much better platforms out there.Save your money and go elsewhere. If youre experiencing similar issues document everything and know that chargebacks may be an option if they refuse to make things right. I also agree with another reviewer that this place could go under any minute. DO NOT TRUST A COMPANY THAT AVOIDS RESPONDING TO ACTUAL CUSTOMERS COMPLAINTS ON HERE!!!

- PLEASE READ. I made the mistake of ignoring the other negative reviews I figured it was an issue with them not the site for the lag but sure enough it’s the site. Totally unenjoyable to play on slots take 30 seconds to reset after each spin. You do the math on how long it would take to even do 20 spins. Avoid at all costs.

- Do NOT play this on this site if you like any fair chance at keeping your money or want to win any money for that matter.. Started out ok then I started randomly getting skipped on the first hand of the round in numerous sit and go rounds (with two other opponents) and one would immediately go all in and Id end up having to start the next round head to head with whoever won the first hand **who has double my chip stack** Then there were games Id be winning and it comes down to the last hand and whoever Im playing has 100 chips left all of a sudden it closes the page out and logs me out completely with an error message talking about site moaintenance when I had no warning at all.. Ive also NEVER been rivered so many times with wayyy batter hands on the flop and turn... There are a bunch of bots and they know exactly when to call and fold.. doesnt matter how far up you are on them they out play you and go all in every other hand and catch up then easily win... Really really disgusting.. Youve been warned! 🤷♂️ Cheating left and right...👎🚮💩

- Customer service is best in the business. Thats the worst part of online casinos is they are able to duck and dodge you if they feel. Chumba ripped me off $17000.00 and then just shut my account down and I cant even contact them. Clubspoker has actual people who actually respond and are actually helpful.

- I cant say enough good things about clubs.. they have imo very fast payouts (within the day at latest in my experience) great customer supportthey will check and make sure youre comfortable and not over doing it.. its legit top 3 if not top sites Ive ever played on and Ive been playing since the days when you had to wester union money to a fake name and offshore account and hoped and prayed it would come back or actually end up on your account.. only reason I give 👍👍 is bc I dont have 3 hands

- I have played slots on many different sites and I must admit this is the worst in RTP (return to player) I have ever seen. On two different games I dumped $40 and got the bonus feature once and it paid $.40. Very sad if they are so hurting for money they cant give a little back.

- Terrible people run this site they offer no incentive for signing up they have no rewards program they tell you that they will reward you based on your play but they dont their idea of rewarding you is like this example I played over 20000 in a month I had VIP status btw and the told me when I needed something dont hesitate to ask so I asked they said they would review my account every Sunday so when Sunday came they gave me 20 sc I had spent over 7k that week and over 20k that month and thats all they did for me I emailed them explaining this aint right they have AI write me back telling me I dont qualify for anything more. Dont be fooled by the 4star rating they have on here they paid the VIP players to give 5 star reviews
