Coinplay blocked me instead of providing proof for incorrect bet settlement

• I placed a bet on U3.5 first-half corners on a 5x5 Budnesliga match (Bayern AM vs Stuttgart AM 10 Dec 2025). I watched the live broadcast and the first half ended with only 3 corners. The 4th corner occurred after the start of the second half yet Coinplay settled the bet as a loss.I disputed the settlement. Coinplay admitted that video proof would be accepted. When I explained that the broadcaster does not provide public archives and formally requested the official data-provider event log (Sportradar/StatsPerform) Coinplay blocked me from chat instead of providing proof.I consider this unfair non-transparent and in bad faith. I am requesting either disclosure of the official event log or immediate re-settlement of this bet.
