• Would NEVER NEVER recommend. Absolutely nightmare dealing with this company. They took sooooooo much money from me and majority of the time gave the worst returns. Then finally after half a year of playing with them got a decent win. They held my payment hostage and would not pay me my winnings. After giving over 10+ personal documents. Never enough for them. Then they started asking for my family members banking information. Absolutely not. They didn’t respect my time and privacy at all . Vip managers and chat agents talk in the most condescending arrogant manipulative manner. Took all my deposits no problem. Would give me small withdrawals but as soon as I finally won a decent amount they would not pay me. This is a terrible unethical company. They flag all negative comments to look like they are the most excellent company to reel people in. It’s all manipulation. To give a company 5 stars because a chat agent is okay is the most ridiculous thing. They are not 5 stars and I’m not rating a company to boost a narcissistic egotistical chat agent. A good chat agent should be the bare minimum for an online casino. These companies are all shady in one way or another in my experience. This place will take as much as you will give them and then when you win they won’t pay you. Then make you dig up all your very personal information to give them and it will never be good enough. So I’d recommend to run as far away from this company as possible. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻Only reason this place is excellent on trustpilot is they can take down negative comments. If you check casino guru reviews are a lot lower. They keep replying with a copy paste reply that has nothing to do with my review then they keep trying to get this taken down. Stolen half of my winnings on a long term bet

• I had placed a long term bet stake around 135€ and winnings were at around 1.100€. The bet was placed at the start of August 2024 already. Since weeks I have been contacting their support to finally credit me the winnings of the bet because all long term parts of it came to and end and I had won. The cashout of the winnings happened weeks after contacting the support - and I only recieved 186€ as winnings. Naturally I contacted the support and wanted to know where the other much bigger part of my winnings were. Eventually I was told that I had placed the initial bet in August with bonus money mainly which I do not recall honestly. I cant imagine having used bonus money for a long term bet. So because the bonus had expired until now I would only recieve the amount of winnings with the real money part of it - 186€. Heather part of their Player Experience Team interviened (after I threatened to publish everything here on Trustpilot) and promised me she would make a case for me to recieve the remaining winnings as well. Props to her I really had a hard time because those 1.100€ were seen as a guarantee to me and I adjusted my finances in the last weeks spent more knowing I would recieve that money very soon. Why would I doubt to recieve it anyway? Learned my lession for sure.Anyway after several hours they decided to give me half of the remaining winnings 460€ to be precise. The rest of the winnings the other 460€ were given to me as a bonus with wager requirements. First the requirement was 10x then they removed it and changed it to 12x. When I clicked on the bonus it said I would have to wager it 25x (!!!) in total up to over 11.000€ before it became withdrawable. They gave me a 6-7 days to wager that amount and rejected every question from my side in regard to not having to wager it or at least to lower the requirements (less wager x or more time). Everything was rejected and they claimed they were kind anyway to do that. As expected 5-6 days later I lost the bonus amount. Only managed to wager up 38% of the 100%. Conquestador has an extremely irritating bonus system and cases like this one have happened in the past but never to that extent. I would not recommend anyone to join here there are much better and most importantly much more RELIABLE alternatives. I am done with this site.Edit: what I also should mention: I am not just any casual player for them I am one of their most actives ones. This is how they treat their loyal and active customers.

Withdrawal issues

• I was enjoying this site. Withdrawals were quite fast. Then in the last few days I couldnt get any withdrawals processed. I was told I could only make one withdrawal per session. This was then changed to one withdrawal per day. I finally got a reason for it today. The site gives you gifts with normal conditions attached e.g. you must spend 30x gift amount. They decided I couldnt make a withdrawal and then deposit funds again claiming a gift. I got no notification of the change. I dont think they can be allowed withhold my funds. I told them not to offer me gifts if it means not processing my withdrawals
