- My very bad experience was 11 years ago. But I will keep coming back here to remind people of what a nasty place Costa Bingo is. The confiscating of my 25k will forever hurt. I recommend NO ONE touches these crooks with a bargepole!

- Hi I have been a member for around 8 years and have loved playing on this site asked to send documents in so I can deposit so I sent my driving licence passport and wage slips 4 weeks ago still these havenāt been verified emailed Costa 5 times and just keeped being told that these will be looked at then this last time told me to send my driving licence and passport this is why itās not been verified but I already have !!!! So where have my documents gone ? This is very worrying!!! So anyway I re sent the documents that Costa asked for and still canāt deposit you have really let me down Costa especially as I have been a loyal customer for years !!!!

They just changed the Sites and put new Friday games on supposedly winning Ā£1000 per game. As soon as each game was added there were 2000+ players in each room??? Then they pretended that each deposit would gain 3 more entries which when the game started magically disappeared??? I am writing this because I have over ten friends who play regularly on this site and they are all puzzled with what 888 have done to their favourite sites. You have now been warned you have more likelihood of winning the lottery as Bingo Daily rooms are now very low in numbers so thee slots are not being played either. Very few will actually win.

- I didnt even want to give one star. Im a platinum VIP player at COSTA BINGO. They recently self excluded me without me requesting to be.they say its a software fault however ive spent thousands on the site and now I cant even log into my account. Its taken them weeks already to sort this and still not sorted. Its not right

- have been a menber of costa since the day it was bornwas very happy at first but seemed the longer you played the less wins you would getthey say its random but i know it is strictly controlled you would think that being a life long member you would be treated a bit more respect you would think costa would want to keep the regular customers but in my opinion they dont seem to be concerned at all if they lose playersi will seriously have to think about remaining a customer after my recent experience but anyhow in costas eyes it dosnt matter theres plenty more of me out there bit of advice look after your regulars they are the ones that keep you going regards
