Slow withdraws Minimal Information Lack of Communication
- Not only do the Withdraws have a requirement for you to pay 35$ for instance if you try to bank wire 100$ but the only other withdraw methods are A MONEYCARD which ONLY LETS YOU DEPOSIT back into THIER CASINOS or BITCOIN. I waited over a WEEK now for my withdraw to be processed to hear NOTHING then today when I try to login to my account I have to contact support cause my account has been locked and when I do so I get told I havent met the withdraw requirements so my account has been locked mind you I was never ONCE told any requirements past verifying who I am (Id Etc.). - The site is constantly kicking me out during tournaments I was in the middle of a bonus in a tournament when it kicked me causing me to potentially lose first place. They refuse to make any attempts to correct the error.You cant redeem any winnings unless you deposit $25 and then it will take FOREVER to get your deposit. And even though they can see that your deposit has cleared you still have to wait. Support is not helpful in the least. DO NOT RECOMMEND
