• I have been a ditobet user for about 9 months.I have exactly 188 successful deposits during this period.And a week ago I was a little lucky and exactly 9 months later I won 2000 euros.I made a withdrawal request and its been exactly 5 days since there is no changeThey definitely dont payAlthough I have 188 successful investments they didnt even pay me once please be careful and dont deposit money to ditobet.

• First they refused to give me my welcome bonus because apparently I didnt press some button somewhere before making the first deposit which was arguably technically my fault but it was just an indication of how scammy things would get if youre not super careful all the time.AND THEN!I made profit two bets back to back and when I came back to make another bet I saw that they have put a STAKE LIMIT OF 86 CENTS on how much I can bet!!!!HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHACustomer care threw some template word soup at me about how some department makes these decisions based on various criteria n all so in other words didnt really help or explain anything.I couldnt get out faster.

• Approximately 2 years ago I deposited 200ish euros a few times and with some good tennis/basketball euroleague bets during the 8-12 months I made it to 2.4k euros.When I tried to withdraw I received a random money amount on skrill and couldnt log in to my account with no explanation.When I contacted them they said they returned my deposits and accused me of having multiple accounts with some username I of course never heard about.Any further question from my side led to more and more cocky response from their side even saying that they wont reply to any further emails.Baffled as I was at the time I tried to contact SBR and bookmakerreview via complaints but they said they cant do much and that this fraud behaviour is pretty much a thing with this Curacao bookies.I see now on trustpilot that many people unfortunately had the same experience as me so I would advise everyone to avoid this bookie. In we were living in a normal and a world where justice actually exists these people would be behind the bars for life.All in all avoid these thieves like the plague.

I found out that they are Bulgarians- the head trader is named Yordan Hubev and he has profile in LinkedinHowever I am also Bulgarian and today I am going to the police. At least having their names is something- I will keep you updated!

• Can anybody actually help? As they basically stole money from customers with no reason and nobody is solving this. I am pretty sure that it is not normal behavior that they are providing sport even services basically promoting some teams and than scam normal ppl. We should take legal steps as it seems millions were stolen…

Closed my account and kept my deposit without reason

• I played with this site and everything seemed great. After I played a while I tried to make a withdrawal. Next thing I know my account is closed with message Client locked and I cannot even log in. I tried to get in touch with support but they couldnt help. After a while they responded with the message Account is closed for terms violation - providing false info.I knew this to be wrong so I asked them what information was supposedly false. I thought it was a misunderstanding so I offered to prove that all my information was indeed...correct.But that didnt help. Ditobet stopped responding completely to emails and chat still couldnt help so I still dont know what was behind their reasoning to close my account and keep my entire deposit for appr. €600-700 and I never got any chance to clear up and misunderstanding.Very scammy behavior.

• Please be very careful. I deposited about 6k and verified my Account. I startest a withdraw and they are Limited to 2000€ daily. They delayed my withdraw for days and the funds did NOT arrive on my Bank Account after days. They dont answer my Emails regarding this.

• On November 15 I opened a ditobet account. I paid 50 euros. I played live basketball over/under points. I turned the deposit 3x1.5. I won 250 euros. The account has been verified. I ordered a withdrawal to jeton wallet. After a few hours without giving any reason my account was blocked. Now its asking me to send some documents. He rarely responds to emails and is not very specific. I play fair no bonuses. I want my winnings back and I dont play there anymore. Do not pay on ditobet.

• Bet concluded on 14.10 it is now 27 and the bet has not been settled ! the bet is won ! so much time you have to wait and whats more won bets are settled as lost I do not recommend you do not play there ever ! only a waste of your money

• I was playing on ditibet for 8 months everyting was ok beacuse I only DEPOSITED money. But one day I was too lucky and I had a series of winning sport bets which increased my balance in more than 15 times. And what a coincidence! At that time they found some violations on my account! My account was locked and they started asked me tonns of documents! After one month the called me and asked me where exactly I placed bet and the amount of bets. I did not remember the exact amount. So they just blocked my account permanently! My balance of 260K INR was cofiscated. They also started threaten me that they can do some legal action against me!

• Awful experience.Yesterday I placed 3 bets on one particular game(Saudi Arabian football Al Hazm vs Al Batin).Their outcome 1st bet - lost2nd bet - won3rd bet - wonLater on evening I could see that my first bet was updated as lost and that my 2nd and 3rd bet were updated as void. I was in shock.I went on live chat support where they first told me that all bets on that game were voided due to abnormal bets placed. So I asked them why wasnt my first bet voided. Then they told me that only bets on last 2 goals were voided due to reason that I placed bets before the goals were scored. Their support adviser Vanessa constantly tried to make me say that I did that which I obviosly didnt. So I asked them if that is the case if their system had decided that I placed winning bets before the goals were scored how come my first bet is lost and not void?They kept telling that that bet was alright.I am here now placing timeframe of my bets.My first bet(not voided one): 27/05/2022 19:30My second bet(voided one): 27/05/2022 20:02My third bet(voided one): 27/05/2022 20:09All three goals were scored in the same minute that I placed bets but I could have known the outcome. On first bet I had bad luck and on other three I had good luck until the bookie decided that I cant win.
