- They really are the worst sportsbook when it comes to rewarding their loyal customers. I might get $1 casino bonus once every two or three months. Its ridiculous and insulting when just about every other book appreciates people who regularly use their app. Im done with DraftKings.

Customer Service needs help desparately
- Playing a game and got the bonus game and it locked me up. Went to chat and they opened a ticket with the provider of the game to get fixed well over a week ago. In the interim they have opened several other tickets with same issue bur no one is following up with the provider. If all their game providers took well over a week and going to respond they would not be in business. Chat will only open new ticket and do nothing to follow up to get resolved. Customer service is horrific at best and no one does anything about it. They are not BBB approved so doesnt help to go there but their ratings show Draftkings Customer Service worse than the rating here.

- I loved the fact I could play low $ blackjack hands for fun.. I just wished there was a fair place to play.I guess I will try one of the other sites. Not sure Iāve ever seen a dealer pull so many 21ās when I had a 20 in real life.. some of things Iāve seen on this online casino app are definitely suspect. Iāve played in casinos for 40 years 10s of thousands of hands. Never have I seen the BS this site pulls. Iāll be playing in person going forward.I feel like an idiot for continuing to play being pretty sure this is rigged somehow. Compared Online and Atlantic City
- Well I have been a little questionable about online as I do play it but things just didnt sit well. Online made sure I played 5 games online 100 spins each a certain amount recorded results then took a trip to AC played the same games exactly the same way as online and sorry big difference. Most notable was online you hit decent if you play online get off right away because you are gonna take a nose dive real quick. On average if I hit 30.00 or more right away on every one within 2 spins I started losing and lost that 30 and more cery quickly. Not in AC one maybe 2 if thd games hits dropped but not a complete nose dive. So I guess I showed myself I would rather take my 500.00 and take a trip. Sorry draftkings no more money from me

Draftkings customer service is the worst experience I have had online with any website ever!
- After my Father and I having a Draftkings account for 4 years they locked him out of his account without asking him if there was a problem with it. He is 82 years old and does not know how to get it unlocked so he asked me who also has a Draftkings account to help him get his account unlocked. After I wrote to them to see what the issue is they locked my account and asked me to send a picture with me holding my ID. I had to send them 3 pictures before they finally accepted it. My fathers sent them 4 pictures in the last 4 months and they say none of them are good. I can see his face clearly along with his information on his ID and they still wont accept it. There was no problem with his account for 4 years until they created some fictitious one and proceeded to lock his account without even contacting him about the supposed issue first. They wont let him access his balance! Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in my lifetime. Now I find out that bets I made on some games were fixed from criminal behavior by players coaches and others which Draftkings profited off of . What about the players who had them in their fantasy and prop bets. Shouldnt they be refunded for losing their money on fixed games after Draftkings profited off it. Their integrity regarding basketball wagering is shot. They need to get rid of the under on prop bets because they can be so easy manipulated causing players like me to lose money on their fantasy and prop bets as well. I have written to Draftkings regarding the first issue dozens of times in the last 4 months with no success in getting my fathers account unlocked. I have just written to them about getting refund for bets involving the betting scandal and am waiting for their response. I am sure other players lost a lot more than me. Wonder how they feel? Will keep you updated once I receive their response.

- If I can rate this a zero I would . This is the biggest scam casino website . I donāt know how draft-king is getting away with the out right AI scam this is a fraudulent site and there no way regulated . Playing a roulette game and you can actually see the ball almost moving in slow motion and getting pulling into the slot they want . Last game in live roulette the dealer wasnāt even spinning it look like computer took over and me having almost the complete board filled and one or two empty and you can see the computer pulling into the slot where my chip wasnāt. - Draft kings pick 6 is getting worse on multipliers they force you in to long shot bets to make a decent payout but very very difficult. I have hit 7 of 8 so manny times and they give you a 1.4 multiplier so you put ten bucks itās a 14.00 payout lol for hitting 7 of 8 im about to be done with this app will try something else . I would recommend avoiding pick 6

- I tried to close out my account balance and Draftkings refused to. I made one bet and lost and had a balance of $22 and they say more information needed? Deposit money no information needed I guess. Bad Business. DO NOT USE Draftings if you want to get your balance withdrawn. They will refuse to pay out.
