• My wife and I both had an account under the same cell number. Since neither wanted to use our work phone. They have restricted my account go that reason with active bet and basically STOLE my money. I will be contacting my bank to file a fraud review on my last deposit and will never use this scam of a service again.

Loyalty Doesn’t Pay at DraftKings

• I’ve been a loyal DraftKings customer for years and unfortunately my experience has gone downhill lately. One of the main reasons I stuck with DraftKings was for the bonuses and promotions but those have almost completely disappeared for me. Meanwhile the friends I’ve referred (ironically through DraftKings’ own referral program) continue to get weekly offers while I get nothing — so much for loyalty being rewarded.On top of that customer service has been frustratingly slow. To make matters worse my account has been restricted three times this year alone each time requiring me to send new selfies holding my ID. I understand the need for security but this feels excessive and unnecessarily burdensome especially for a longtime customer who has already had my account verified. Overall I’m really disappointed with the direction DraftKings has taken. If you’re hoping for a platform that appreciates and rewards its loyal players you’re better off looking elsewhere.

• I took the bait! Deposit min of $5 and get 500 free spins. Sounded good. I deposit $10 and win nothing. I play the free 500 spins and win $30. I choose other machines get bonuses. When I am at $133.34 I choose to do a withdrawal. At which point they locked my account because of not being able to verify my location. I contacted CS. Received email saying I was using Spoof software and until the software was removed I would not be able to access my account. I do not have Spoof software on my phone. I am not doing anything dishonest. The location verified just fine to make my deposit. I didnt go anywhere to change my location. I reached out to CS multiple times over 48 hours.
