- Worst casino website EVER!!!!! There is absolutely no way that its a fair system. I have play hundreds of dollars over the last few weeks and im playing mostly the same game and have won almost nothing. Im sure they are going to say Im sorry and we are regulated blahblahblah!! But I play regularly on most of the well known sites and for most part they are fair with a fair RTP. But this slots site is hands down ABSOLUTELY THE WORST.. DO NOT PLAY ON DRAFTKINGS AT ALL!!!!

DK & DK CSRs Will Try to Prevent You From Withdrawing Funds
- I used DK a few times when they first launched in this state; and then didnt login for a long long time. They sent me an email last week telling me that they were going to take the funds in my account and give them to the state I live in and deem my account closed unless I logged in or requested to withdraw my funds. So I went ahead and logged in but it would not allow me request a withdrawal unless I downloaded and installed their GeoComply app. So I went ahead and did that. However the app would never accurately determine the correct location where I am located; and still would not give me access to my funds. So I sent an email to them asking for them to go ahead and withdraw the funds and send them to the bank account on file for my DK account. Instead they sent me instructions to download the GeoComply app. I replied that I had done that and that it would not work and I simply wanted to request the withdrawal as instructed in their email. Once again they sent me details on how to setup the GeoComply app and any other apps to grant them complete access to everything on my computer. I replied back to let them know I did not want instructions on how to grant carte blanche privileges to unknown apps; and to simply send me the funds as requested twice before. Then they sent another email and told me they couldnt do that but they could send me a check and to let them know if I wanted a check issued. So I replied back to let them know to send a check to my address listed in my DK account. Their next reply was for me to verify my address (which is the same address I had already told them to send it to) and then they would issue the check. So I replied with my address and they emailed back to tell me that they could not issue the check until I also verified my telephone number. I replied with my phone number and they emailed back to tell me that my request would require a review which would take 5 - 8 business days. Then after the review if they approve it the check would be issued and should be sent out in a few weeks. I am not holding my breath that I will actually see that refund check at all. I expect there will be another email in a couple weeks denying my request and suggesting I download their app again and try to withdraw my funds that way because they would be fine giving my funds to the state but they do not want me to have them; and if I cant get their broken app to work then too bad. For now I am just posting on forums and such about them. If they persist in holding my funds then I will contact the AG and gambling commission here in my state.

- Their customer service is extremely slow and unhelpful—getting a response to even a basic question takes far too long. On top of that withdrawal processing times are frustratingly slow compared to other platforms. For a company of this size you would expect much faster service and smoother transactions. Until they improve their support and payout speed I cannot recommend DraftKings.

DraftKings is absolutely terrible
- DraftKings is absolutely terrible. Every time I try to log in on my computer it fails to recognize my location. I turn off my VPN I reset settings and it still tells me it can’t track me. It constantly blocks me from playing or cashing out even when I’m in a legal state. I tried to do a payout early and once again it gave me the same useless error. The site and app are pure garbage and a total waste of time. DraftKings is unreliable frustrating and has cost me nothing but wasted hours. I’m deleting this app for good.

Worst Gambling App Out
- The only thing they do right is sports betting and even that is pretty bad. Their casino side of the app is basically a donation button seeing as you never actually win. I have played more than 5k on slots alone and have never won anything over 200 you will never win. The only issue I’ve found with sports betting is they lock what you could choose so it’s guaranteed to almost never hit. Example being I choose Pickens for 50 yards I try to pick 5 receptions with it and now they say I have to do 80+ yards OR 5 receptions. The odds didn’t change now I’m betting +10k odds on a 3 leg parlay?

- If ever you had your money stolen by being hacked and them using your card and spending it here then please expect nothing to be done because they dont care about you your money and only about themselves. I reported it then I heard from them once and after that they closed my ticket and I told them that its not closed because they didnt do anything about it and yet I received another message about it being closed. - I received a request to sign a letter from them which was delivered via USPS. I never signed up to open an account so obviously someone is perpetrating fraud. Couldnt get anyone on the phone and by email they wanted my full name address DOB SS# to determine if I have an account. When I refused to give my DOB and SS# they told me to take it up with USPS.
