- If I could put 0 stars I would! They locked me out of my account for no reason! Tried unlocking for days and I would send bank statements and they would deny them all. Still can’t get into my account and they only respond by email! Absolutely horrible and a disgrace of a sportsbook! Nobody should use this sportsbook!

- They literally stole my money. I won a $10000 contest and within a couple weeks they had closed my account with $550 in future contest tickets. I had just attained the next vip level .. so they avoided paying out that. They just made up a reason... Said I requested that my account with all the value in it.. that I .. requested it be closed. Lol. Weird.

- This might be the worst app ever. 30 step verification constant decrease in odds (down from +36000 to +17000) even with the same legs. The payment process through venmo feels like unlocking fort knox. Idc what the federal policy is regarding sports betting but Draftkings has to be banned for sucking ass.

- I am so surprised that big stars support this site. Because Ill never buy a car or pizza from Shackvona or download anything Labron promotes and Ive never really cared for Kevin Heart so I can promise Ill never watch anything he does. Glad you guys got your money because we cant. Pretty dumb thing to put your brand on a site that will ruin your credibility for a few bucks I hope it costs you all in long run. This is just over twenty five bucks that I cant get back. They take your money it in a second and then you spend months to try and get it back. Beware!!!

If you want to be treated like a cheater
- One day I played on DraftKings. They locked my account and said I was cheating. They said I was making bets from two different locations which did not happen .. bets that I did not make. I let it go once but when they did it again; I sent an email to customer service threatening to turn them into the West Virginia gaming commission. They unlocked my account and gave my money back so I withdrew it and Ive never been to DraftKings since & never again - that was all the money I had to play that week so of course I couldnt make any bets & then I had to spend time writing an email and answering their dumb questions where they accused me of being a cheater & of course getting their ridiculous messages where they tell me how theyre going to suspend me permanently if I cheat again instead of apologizing and saying that they were wrong and they will make it right with me. I deleted my account with them.

- Literally disgusted that Draftking reports muff up TV programming... the commercials SUCK lemme be absolutely CLEAR on that. Any clearer itd be a window. - Draft kings is garbage. They let you deposit thousands then don’t let you withdraw your money without sending them all kinds of personal info and pics of yourself putting you through horrible experience. Why didn’t you need that to take the money five minutes ago? Blackjack is rigged. You change your bet and you see the cards change. Then they can pull winners on you like crazy and drain out thousands every five minutes. They call it a random number generator but there is nothing random about it. You see the card pause a little and put down exactly what they need hand after hand. They’ve made it too easy to just suck the money out of your bank account. They need to be investigated and sued. People should get their money back.

Shady Business. Be warned.
- When my wife informed me that Pick6 was live in FL I was excited. The problem came after I won on Pick6 on January 18th. Mysteriously my account was restricted for suspicious activity. I have provided more documentation that any entity would ever need to verify who I am and yet I have to wait until mid-February to provide my full and complete banking statement which in itself seems to be an invasion of privacy. I have verified my bank my debit card the transaction in which I made my small $5 deposit I even got my bank to make a PDF document of the transaction. I have offered to use my debit card my bank account or to simply mail me a check. There is ZERO chance that Draftkings cannot confirm my identity or my personal banking information. ZERO. The requests from Draftkings are meant as nothing more than a delay or to try to get me to slip up and make an incriminating statement they can use to restrict my account or rightful winnings even further using the Responsible Gambling ploy. I filed a complaint with the Florida Gaming Control Commission as well as the BBB. Next I plan to reach out to the Florida or Mass Attorney Generals office. All I want is my rightful winnings so I can permanently close this account and NEVER do business with an entity this slimy again.

- I won 50 dollars on a bonus bet I placed a live bet at -10000 just to win the 50 dollarshowever instead of rewarding me with 50 dollars and 50 cents I was only credited with 50 cents and when I questioned why I was only given 50 cents they told me After review the reason why you received 0.50 was because the $50 was a bonus bet not physical cash. I have been a loyal customer for years who frequently uses DraftKings so this was pretty upsetting especially since they would end up easily getting the money back and then some but chose to loose a customer instead

- I had a bet on an NFL game. Decided to cash out during overtime of came for a profit of $31. I hit the cash out button then hit confirm. Site stated would take couple minutes. Site then stated cant confirm location. I hit refresh several times No settings have changed on my phone. My location was still on. Finally after a half hour and game already being over. I turned location off and back on again. Everything disappeared like I never hit cash out. Was able to bet before on this site dont know what happened this time I find it very odd and convenient that Site cant verify location when Im about ready to make money off them. Customer service not easy to navigate. Bad business.
