• I rinsed my whole club on sbc and got 5uck all. I also spent some money on fc points got absolutely nothing. I currently live in a tent in blackheath hornfair park and my child is living with my mate. Unfortunately because of me stinking since im forced to live in a tent my mate wont take me in. Awaiting advice from trading standards

• Downloaded need for speed could not access as account was old and email used was inaccessible. Spent nearly 2 hours going through their help pages making new accounts and eventually started a chat with them only to get a malfunctioning a.i bot that wouldnt work. As i cannot contact them and sony will not refund me i am taking this directly to trading standards for further advice. Now in future if i buy any games i am going to have to check if EA were involved in the title and make sure not to purchase as it will not work. Its baffling to me why EA a company big in the gaming industry would make it so difficult and in my case impossible to play a game. My case number for sony is 36489123.

• I play maybe one game of seasons a day and every time I have to stop myself snapping the cd to save myself getting angry every time. I then have to read other peoples comments about the game to calm myself down. Theres no control it is the worst one ever and if I ever buy a future one then there is something wrong with me!

EA FC 25 awful game.

• As a EA FC fan for many years I have to say the FC 25 is by far the most unplayable buggy glitchy and totally pitiful game I have ever owned. EA Sports should hang their heads in shame. After 4 updates this game is still no better. Dont buy this game it is a waste of money. Stick with FC 24 at least its playable.

• What a con!The days of CDs are over and you must buy an online game. I no longer have access to the email address from when I purchased online and when I wanted to access the game that I purchased I was told that due to inactivity I could no longer access my account and there was nothing they could do to let me in. So there you go...refused access to a game that I bought.Why on earth did they switch to digital when owning a CD would have allowed me to access my PURCHASED game whenever I wanted.

• FC25 IS A SCAM……. Avoid this at all costs. It has been very apparent for a number of years that the online ( Ultimate team ) gameplay is scripted. It is a total waste of money and time trying to build a team good at anything as the player stats make absolutely no difference whatsoever. Unfortunately all this company wants is your money new packs released every other day players are a waste of time. The whole thing is rigged and painful to play. Was told i would get a refund through…

• Was told i would get a refund through live chat. Around 7 days later no refund so i speak to live chat again after being sent on a huge mission in a loop of pages without and contact information They tell me they had never recieved payment. So why promise my refund? apparently its due to paypal or my bank but the payment was complete and i had no problems until i asked for a refund. Disgusting company. Chat support (after finally reaching them) are RUDE and very unhelpful. I advise no one use this company for games or anything. Worst customer service. Just like uber eats.
