- This casino is a scam.At first everything seemed fine — I made deposits and was able to withdraw without issues. But now the site is completely unreliable. Every support agent gives me a different answer and I’m currently unable to withdraw anything. I’ve submitted all the required documents yet my withdrawals keep getting declined without any clear explanation. The support team just says “Try again” without knowing why it’s being rejected.And the VIP promotion? Also a scam.I met all the conditions to be upgraded to VIP Gold — I deposited over €3000 within a 30-day period. I was told the upgrade would happen automatically “soon.” It’s now been over a month and nothing has changed. When I ask support they claim I haven’t deposited enough in the last 30 days. Of course I haven’t — I’ve stopped using the site as much because it’s clearly not trustworthy. If they actually reviewed my account history properly they’d see I met the requirements long ago.

- I won around $10000 and did a withdrawal of $6500 because that’s all they they would let me take for the week. I was assuming I’d just wait the week and then withdraw the remaining amount. In the middle of playing a game I received a message from chat saying that the bonus I have been playing has a maximum win amount and the remainder of my winning had been confiscated. - I am having much difficulty verifying my account. Sent my drivers license my bank statements that had my bank account # sent a copy of a void cheque that has all my banking info a selfie with my drivers license screen shot of my deposit. What I dont understand is that my 1st withdrawal was approved without having to verify my account why am I having such a hard time now?! This process is horrible and its the worst I had ever dealt with.

- I requested a $100 aud withdrawal and after many back and forth emails trying to verify my account they insisted that they needed to verify via photos the card that was used to make the deposit from which I gained my winnings ( so last deposit). I had consolidated my accounts therefore cards and no longer had that one so thought ok no worries cancel the withdrawal and just keep playing. Thought ok well all good in the future as I only now have 1 debit card and no other cards anymore. Easy. No.Played that 100 down to nothing left and made new deposit.Won over 100 and thought sweet! Card is already verified no bull#@%t to go through this time should be quick and easy....NOPE. After many back and forth back and forth the now are denying the withdrawal and asking for previous cards to be verified ( all that have ever been used) which they know I dont have anymore even though they were NOT used in the deposit from which this 100 was played and won. They have informed me that if I wish to receive the winnings I need to contact my bank and get copies of all statements that involved the now cancelled cards. They already knew this from my last attempt to withdraw which is why I thought everything would be good moving forward only having the 1 card.I have never had another site ask for verification on every card ever used on their site they have only ever required the verification on the card used to make that deposit.... what a joke. Jeeze its $100 aud you would think I was trying to withdraw 100000!!!!... for goodness sake! Its not like I dont make regular deposits..just trying to get back a fraction of what I spent...fair go FAT FRUIT.....
