Every support agent gives me a different answer and I’m currently unable to withdraw anything. The support team just says “Try again” without knowing why it’s being rejected.And the VIP promotion? Also a scam.I met all the conditions to be upgraded to VIP Gold — I deposited over €3000 within a 30-day period. • I requested a $100 aud withdrawal and after many back and forth emails trying to verify my account they insisted that they needed to verify via photos the card that was used to make the deposit from which I gained my winnings ( so last deposit). I had consolidated my accounts therefore cards and no longer had that one so thought ok no worries cancel the withdrawal and just keep playing. Thought ok well all good in the future as I only now have 1 debit card and no other cards anymore. Easy. No.Played that 100 down to nothing left and made new deposit.Won over 100 and thought sweet! Card is already verified no bull#@%t to go through this time should be quick and easy....NOPE.
