I deposited and played with 6500 NOK of my own real money. At no point was my balance converted into bonus funds — I was clearly playing with real money the entire time.As I continued playing normally and according to the stated rules my balance increased steadily until it reached approximately 75000 NOK. During gameplay a clear on-screen message appeared stating that only 20% of the wagering requirement remained and that the balance would soon become fully real and withdrawable.Then without any warning explanation or action on my part the entire balance disappeared instantly. There was no gradual deduction no clear notification and no transparent transaction history. My balance suddenly dropped to 6500 NOK as if tens of thousands of NOK had never existed.I immediately contacted support expecting a technical explanation or evidence. Instead I was falsely accused of having manually canceled the bonus myself. This is completely untrue. I did not click anything I did not cancel anything and no proof was ever provided to support this accusation. The responsibility was simply pushed onto me.I then filed an official complaint with the licensing authority GCB hoping for impartial player protection. Unfortunately the outcome was just as disappointing. There was no serious investigation no meaningful protection and no fair resolution. Saying that the bonus was cancelled “on my end” is therefore incorrect.This is a matter of transparency not memory or misunderstanding.

• I have been struggling for 3 days now to get a withdrawal. The casino requires a lot of documents. Even for a deposit that has not resulted in a win. Sent my drivers license my bank statements that had my bank account # sent a copy of a void cheque that has all my banking info a selfie with my drivers license screen shot of my deposit.
