- Join without taking bonuses. Im UK player. Win £220 and withdraw on Sunday 9 February 2025. Just want to see if the negative comment in here is true. Im only using sports site.Almost every day I keep in touch with the support (live chat) regarding the process - they dont start process late Monday and do not work Saturday and Sunday.Friday 14th February 2025. The money was eventually out and the process was complete according to the website but the money not in my account.Speak to the support (live chat) keep saying positive stuff such as it will be with me soon.In the policy stated 2 to 5 BUSINESS days to process then money to reach you is another 2 to 3 BUSINESS days. Im using the same method to deposit and withdraw via Visa.Is this a scam? So far it is as the money not in my account. Will I recommend this website? Absolutely NOT. Why I join at the 1st place? I like the look and something different.Why there is positive review here? They are paid or from their own staff. Read carefully on many negatives comments.

- Well joined on Saturday deposited £80 and as always i refused the bonus(always used to delay payment). Anyway decent on on sports book easy to use and I liked it.However i won £600 and found the max withdrawal is not as advertised but its actually £500. Ok so its withdraw £300. Same method as deposited as advised on the email. So 48 hours on in a 5 stage payment system not even on stage 2. So I contact support 168 people waiting!! However 15 mins later Im through standard reply saying it takes 3 working days to start the process and any cancelled withdrawal means it starts again.Seeing on here that its always canceled to visa which is how I deposited at best this is looking like a long slog ahead.I will update but I fear this will be a tale of woe.#edit#So i withdrew on a Sunday importantly more than I have deposited after 3 days as said aboveI got assured it will come eventually I didnt chase again on the Friday I got an email saying approved and paid. 1 hour later it hit my account.To sum up took 5 days but did get paid I didnt take any free bet/spins offer and I did get paid. Can be frustrating to wait which is why its 4 stars. I have learnt that often bad reviews are people not happy with bonuses or frustration that they canceled the withdrawal so this is an honest review. Plus I was instantly verified no documents so check that is the case could be a different time frame they cant digitally verify you. Credit to them on this didnt use delaying by saying verified than asking for more also I paid by visa and withdrew by Visa. If the withdrawal was instant this actually would be my site of choice #edit#

- I like the site and the games are good but I requested a withdrawal on the 22/1 but still processing I have spoken to the live chat and they say it will be any day now I think over a week for a withdrawal is too long especially when deposits are instant.. I will update when I get my money ***Update*** waited 11 days still no sign of my money I have no idea when I am going to receive it all I get is “thank you for your patience“ well my patience has gone!!
