IT IS A SCAM

  • I wish I could give this company zero stars. They called me out of the blue claiming I had “won” 10 lines and was eligible to enter the EuroMillions. They then asked for my bank details insisting it was only to deposit any winnings. I was suspicious so I provided details of my Revolut account which usually has less than £25 in it.Later that evening I received an email confirming that a direct debit of £39 had been set up for something called “First Prize Lotto.” I immediately emailed them demanding cancellation of this direct debit warning that I would file a police complaint for setting it up under false pretenses. The next day I got a call where they tried to reassure me that the money would be refunded if I didn’t win any prize. I repeatedly asked them to cancel the direct debit but they just kept repeating the same line. It was only when I threatened to report them to the police and to Action Fraud that I finally received an email confirming the cancellation.I am still in touch with my bank to ensure that the direct debit has indeed been cancelled. This entire experience has been stressful and feels like a scam. I strongly advise others to avoid this company.

SCAM SCAM SCAM

  • SCAM SCAM SCAM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.They phone and ask you to confirm your full name full address date of birth and email address. They have obtained this information via the internet without my consent. and tell you that you have won 10 free entries in the euro lottery and also that you will be entered into a syndicate so if the syndicate wins you get a share of it. They then ask for the name of your bank your account number and sort code to send you you money if you win. They tell you that they won’t ask for your long bank card number so your money is safe. BEWARE- if you give them the details they ask for they then have all the information they need to set up a bank mandate and will deduct money via a direct debit. When I told them that they were scammers the caller hung up. Please please be careful. The caller is pushy and tries to charm you. Don’t be fooled by them. Disgusting

Be wary

  • Same here apparently I was one of 100 people lucky enough to be selected for 15 lottery tickets. I asked who they were and googled them at the same time. When I said I wasnt interested as they had a poor Trustpilot score she hung up :-)

They just called me. Not at all convincing even though he sounded proper.

  • They just called me. When questioned why they wouldnt send me any details in writing BEFORE I agreed to proceed I kept being told the call was recorded and he had to be open and truthful with me otherwise hed lose his job.To my knowledge if calls are recorded I would get a message at the start of the call to confirm the call was being recorded. I dont recall hearing such message and the whole call was difficult to hear due to all the other call handlers he was sitting next to all speaking on the phone too.Hardly convincing as a professional outfit. After the nth time of asking for my bank details and telling me how safe that was I told him I didnt share such information with someone I dont know and that we should end the conversation which we did. The only good thing I can see I got from it was that he was on the phone to me for 15mins so at least one other person wasnt sucked into signing up while he was talking to me.

  • This company just called me the number was 01282380069. They told me I had won ten free lotto tickets. I asked how I had won without entering any competitions etc and she started talking to me like I was an idiot she said I had already won so why was I questioning her! Obviously she wanted my bank details so I hung up. Please be careful. Dont even answer the call its a scam!

⚠️ SCAM WARNING: Predatory and Misleading Tactics! ⚠️

  • My mum was targeted by First Prize Lotto through a call from 020 3868 1037. They took advantage of her limited understanding of these kinds of schemes and misled her into thinking she was simply getting 10 free tickets. However they later claimed theyd be charging £39 for a syndicate draw. This is incredibly unethical and feels like a deliberate scam targeting vulnerable individuals. No proper transparency and the way they get your details and start charging without clear consent is shady at best.Avoid at all costs and make sure your elderly or less tech-savvy family members are aware. Im reporting them to Action Fraud UK and the ICO for misuse of data and deceptive marketing.
