Called a liar by staff

• Received an email from an affiliate offer a free bet for existing customers. Code did not work and when speaking to customer services and complaints they have called me a liar and have refused to honour the free bet code. Closed my account and this is a world away from the previous high levels of good customer service. As an update - they’ve now advised that my account has been closed by way of “trader decision” due to this review. So you cannot raise a complaint or they will ban you.

• Poor bookmakers ! Say they offer best odds guaranteed but that is only if you supplier more ID it’s in there T&C’s apparently! I also had a bet on Hamilton in the f1 and came second but was given the race 2 hours are the result. They wouldn’t pay out also in t&c’s. Another one was England to qualify and Kane to score a header. Kane scores harder in extra time and England qualify no pay out as the header had to be in 9” minutes guess what yes in t&c’s. The worst betting experience ever!!!
