• I deposited €510 at FunCasino and built my balance to over €10000 through normal gameplay. I never used bonuses and played only with my own verified account.After requesting a withdrawal I first received an email saying a “fee of €10156.20” had been applied — which already made no sense. Then they claimed I had used a VPN and decided to void all my winnings refunding only my original deposit and permanently banning my account.I have never used any VPN proxy or masking service on my devices. My KYC verification was approved on 25 September confirming my identity and location right before the winnings were confiscated. Despite several requests the casino never provided any technical proof of VPN usage — just repeated the same accusation.This experience has been extremely disappointing.
