Even though my verification wasnt automatic its being done manually I have to wait 24 hours but other than that so far + experience havent got the withdrawal process yet so cant comment good or bad yet but will review when I make it to the process

• I really enjoy the variety of games they have to play. Just as with any gaming platform sometimes you win and sometimes you lose. Their customer service is excellent and I would highly recommend to anyone.

• I literally won over $500 and accidentally hit the all button instead of just $20 to move to entries so I could keep playing. Well once you do that then theres no cashing it out. You have to play it all and of course I started losing fast. I contacted customer service and they said theres nothing they can do to move my entries back to my winnings. But in some games my entries and winnings are combined. So hows that possible but combining to cash out isnt.

• I redeemed my prize of $200 only to get a deposit of $25 today. I was told as per some bs rule they have if you win any money with their daily bonus coins the maximum redemption allowed is $25. • If you win any free coins and win you can only cash out $25. It doesnt matter how much you win. The games are horribly tight very deceiving in how they operate and if you do cash out anything didnt expect to win again until they get all of their money back plus more. • I would steer clear of this casino. Had 76 referrals within 24hrs . Shared my link with over 1million unique users and next day I log on and I have 0 referrals. I have proof of it all. • I had referred a friend who even made a purchase. Was supposed to get a bonus of 900000 fun coins and 2500 in loyalty money but they wouldnt give any. Screen shotted promo for it and all still would not give credit so I closed account

Closed my account within 10 minutes of signing up

• I joined their site about 10 minutes ago because it looked like a good place to play.I signed up and confirmed my email and then played with the free coins they gave me that are not redeemable. Well this message kept popping up saying my account was temporarily financially blocked. They were referring to the coins available for purchase that do have monetary value. So anyway the message said to talk to customer support so I do. After a few minutes the guy tells me my account has been banned and Im not allowed to play there and he doesnt know why. Then he immediately closes my account. I know that because I was kicked out of the chat and logged off the site and my account no longer exists. Ive never heard of them or been to their site before and am astonished I was treated like that.
