They denied my request saying the one card had another name on it. Yes it was my husbands name we share an online account. I reitterated this several times. I know they have their t&c but yesterday I hit 30.00 and only got 10.00 this is on their free spins so i contacted support which responded very quickly and explained this is part of their terms. Terrible customer service

• I was locked out of my account and reached out to customer service Elijah got me back into my account and assured me it was good to go however when I logged in a couple days later I was aging locked out and was told I coukd no longer use the casino. They didnt give me a reason for this and the last time I had been logged in I was assured he had fixed any issues. So he lied to me and the money I had in the casino was just lost because they refused to refund me.
