Told due to security flagged account. Why would an account be flagged when I used at least a dozen and a half other sites and never had an issue. They make up upload a picture of card used and all cards you intend to use as part of verification. Already froze and re order card. As soon as I got locked message. Is watch your cards if I was you. They stated they refunded purchase but no proof of that yet as it still shows on account

• Customer service is excellent. And variety of games and the abundance of them is a plus. Even though my verification wasnt automatic its being done manually I have to wait 24 hours but other than that so far + experience havent got the withdrawal process yet so cant comment good or bad yet but will review when I make it to the process

• I literally won over $500 and accidentally hit the all button instead of just $20 to move to entries so I could keep playing. Well once you do that then theres no cashing it out. You have to play it all and of course I started losing fast. I contacted customer service and they said theres nothing they can do to move my entries back to my winnings. But in some games my entries and winnings are combined. So hows that possible but combining to cash out isnt.

• I redeemed my prize of $200 only to get a deposit of $25 today. I was told as per some bs rule they have if you win any money with their daily bonus coins the maximum redemption allowed is $25. Also before redemption they force you to make a purchase with the lowest amount being $6.99. Ive closed my account and will avoid this site as well as their sister site.

• If you win any free coins and win you can only cash out $25. It doesnt matter how much you win. The games are horribly tight very deceiving in how they operate and if you do cash out anything didnt expect to win again until they get all of their money back plus more. • I would steer clear of this casino. Had 76 referrals within 24hrs . Shared my link with over 1million unique users and next day I log on and I have 0 referrals. I have proof of it all. Emails where I got 2 separate referral rewards screenshots and emails of supports live chats where I had 11 first hour than 76 and he check account and said no free coin at the moment. Now after 4 days im basically getting called a lier . I’ll definitely be seeking litigation in this matter isn’t resolved very soon. Also I want all the referrals that have join on my link since it went to 0 and all my rewards. This is 100% illegal
