Giving a negative because of support
- Giving a negative because of support. My first deposit failed from casino side crypto payment system. I wrote chat support 2 times and both operators told they informed KYC department. 2 days later no messages from them I wrote an e-mail and sent screenshots directly to KYC and a week later still no reply from them. I received the funds back from Skrill but zero help from casino side. Casino in general is same as other casinos from Altacore N.V.

Dishonest support unsafe casino
- Chat support lie about deposit limit. They say it set but its not. This makes this casino unsafe to play. Verification is annoying i have to verified first my account include with this ridiculous selfies. Then i have to send same documents again when i verified my withdrawal. Cashout is slower then almost all other casino. Not sure if i ever get it.

Withdrawals are being held back more than 7 weeks
- The gamble site is okay but withdrawing is the worst I have ever experienced. Since 7 weeks I am trying to wd I have sent all documents and more severally but always get the automatic reply: Please verify your bank account. Jeez I sent my card statement and I do not know what else and still am not receiving my winnings. I will close my account as soon as the wds went through. Horrible is an understatement.

- Dont waste your money at this casino they took all my winnings after I tried to withdraw I played through my bonus and had meet all wagering requirements and tried to withdraw $650 from my account then had to go through verification which was extra long then recieve an email stating that my withdrawl had been cancelled and $639.35 was debited from my account because apparently I was only allowed to withdraw $507.99 so instead of just allowing me to withdraw that amount they stole my money

Limits for withdraw
- So apparently you are not allowed to withdraw amout you won from the bonuses but every bonus has its limits and when you try to withdraw over this limit they will just delete the winnings from your account. For example I received and activated bonus 60€ after the registration. I managed to get very lucky and finished on 1.500€. So I wanted to withdraw all this money I won after I finished my verification. After 2 days I received e-mail where stands this:We inform you that your withdrawal payment in the amount of 1498 EUR has been cancelled by the Gamblezen Financial Department. We inform you that the amount of 1198.32 EUR has been debited from your game account according to the bonus rules 1.4.(other bonuses): 1.4 All winnings received while wagering Bonus are limited to a maximum cashout amount of 5 times bonus granted. Any exceeded balance will be voided prior to money withdrawal.So I won 1500€ but can withdraw only 300€ and other money from the account just disappeared. TL;DR - read bonus withdrawal terms od condition so you dont get too much excited.
