  • Hatte mehrmals Abbuchungen von Fremdanbieter auf meiner Mobilrechnung ca. im Abstand von 1 Woche immer wieder 1€.Otelo konnte mir nach mehreren anrufen eine Nummer geben bei der ich fragen kann wie diese Fremdanbieter Beträge entstehen.Die Dame der Firma Gameboost konnte mir aber nicht helfen und hat mich an einen E-Mail Kontakt verwiesen.Dort hat man mir gesagt ich (oder jemand aus meinem Haushalt) hätte ein Spiele Abo abgeschlossen. Die Extrem billigen Spiele von Gameboost kenne ich nicht ich spiele auch nicht am Smartphone sondern am Pc. Zugriff auf mein Smartphone hat keiner und ich weiß dazu ganz genau was ich installiere.Man wollte mir erst auf Kulanz 3 Monate zurückbuchen. Dies ist bisher nicht geschehen.Beim Durchschauen meiner Telefonrechnungen ist dann aufgefallen das Gameboost seid 2018 diese Beträge berechnet. Das erste mal um 5 Uhr Morgens.Also habe ich bei Gameboost eine Datenauskunft verlangt und eine Frist gesetzt bis wann ich einen entsprechenden Nachweis erwarte.Diese Frist wurde nicht eingehalten und ich habe eine anzeigen wegen betrug bei der Polizei gemacht.Eine Auskunft nach der DSGVO wurde ebenfalls ignoriert. Also kommt zu dem betrug auch noch ein verstoß gegen den Datenschutz.Die Polizei hat Gameboost angeschrieben aber bisher auch keine Antwort bekommen. Diese geben das jetzt an den Staatsanwalt weiter.Ich hoffe das die Staatsanwaltschaft jetzt einschreitet und entsprechend handelt.
