• Hi all I see lots of people writing bad reviews I’ve made 3 withdrawals in the last week or so and it’s taken at most 48 hours to hit my account last one was less than 24 hours. My advice would be do not withdraw via bank transfer. Also advise play the games where you can buy bonus spins that’s what I’ve won on.

• @Sean got the same problem Request withdrawal Since July 3 month later they put credit back in my account again and I was try to request withdrawal again until now still not receive £1000 from them they are a scam. Live chat with them got the same answer every time the problem never will be solved. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Still No Money

• Company owe me over 1600 pounds from a withdrawal made on 24th September way over their timelines of 7-21 business days. Anyone who has had similar and can give advice would be appreciated. For example did previous reviews ever receive their payouts? Wouldnt go near this company. 25/11/2024 - To update still no money no emails more nonsense from live chat. Avoid this site like the plague. 2 months. I have now been waiting. As this point I have given up on the 1600 and realise I will not be receiving. What a disgrace that companies can get away with it.

• Please Please please do not register or play on this site!!!I tried to withdraw 500 pound winnings for 8 months and all customer service said was that the withdrawal was being reviewed for legitimacy. • Stay away from this scam site!! I’ve played here few times and wanted my account closed but it’s been a nightmare from there as customer support is do unhelpful keeps giving me some random email to write to if I want account closing as they are not authorised to do it yeah right what ever. So this so call email address is not available as my gmail keeps saying it can’t send email as it’s not valid. Customer support again are not helping so I’m stuck with this scam of a site!!!

• Why is noone doing anything about this site over 6 weeks now waiting for my withdrawal and it keeps getting put back in my wallet. I have been in touch with ADR who stated that this site is not registered so I have to contact the gaming commission. I just say think carefully before opening an account on these sites from the same group youll see right away that everything is the same on the site the same formats the same live chat agents only the name changes. • This is a horrible site. The actual sportsbook and casino game options are good but the live chat team is useless they just dont respond and close chat. Also the withdraw system is an absolute joke. On many sites there is misinfirmation stating that this site only takes 24-48 hours for withdraw but it takes almost a month. They say they need 7-21 working days to check and process everything and then a further 24-48 hours for money to reach account. No other casino does this its an absolute joke. No problem when allowing customers to deposit but as soon as there is a withdraw request it takes a month hilarious.

• I requested some money on the 18th at 00:08 and it has just gone onto my account now at 08:22. 5*Edit* Well its all changed now ive made quite a few withdrawals and each Is taking longer than the last currently Ive been waiting for almost 2 weeks now for 1200 and I dont think Ill be getting it Ill keep you all updated though. 22/08/24Edit** 2 weeks later and still awaiting and get the same generic copy and pasted responses then chat closes avoid the site guys!!! 02/09/24Edit*** it finally went in on the 11/09/24 then I requested another win the same day and it went in the day after

• My initial experience with golden pharaoh was fairly positive. Deposited no problem. When I won I did receive 2 withdrawals ( £100 & £509) Admittedly they took a little time approximately 2 weeks to come through. The problem is my third withdrawal also £500 hasn’t been processed been waiting 7 weeks. Despite contacting Golden numerous times nothing has happened. I will update if the situation changes Ed.28-3-24 - Still awaiting this £500 withdrawal from before Christmas.

blatant incorrect code

• I cant comment on the whole procedure (verification withdrawals etc)But from my short experience I can 100% say the games are coded wrong and therefore they are likely unfairly set up.I signed up deposited 100 played 1 single game that I have played for many hours on multiple platforms and instantly noticed an issue that the game has never done before - Ironically the live chat did not ask me specifically what this issue was so that they could hide it better.Only good thing is was very quick and easy to close the account
