  • I am leaving this review to warn others based on my personal experience.My experienced was serious failures in responsible gambling support complaint handling and transparency.I requested account closure and self-exclusion. This request was not acted on. My account remained open for months until I put a formal complaint in.Despite asking for closure I continued to receive promotional and VIP marketing emails including after I submitted a formal complaint in November 2025. That complaint was never acknowledged or responded to. The full complaint timeframe passed with no investigation no findings and no explanation.Deposits were processed using cryptocurrency-related payment methods and appeared under multiple different payment names making it difficult to clearly identify transactions. This lack of transparency is concerning for customers trying to track or control their gambling.The operator states they are licensed under Curaçao however I was unable to verify a matching licence or legal entity in the official Curaçao Gaming Authority register. The brand also appears across multiple rotating websites (for example goldenpharaoh11 goldenpharaoh23 goldenpharaoh36) which makes accountability difficult.

I’m working on finding out all the information I can from these to try make a claim. It’s not even about the losses what they are doing is utterly criminal and putting peoples lives at risk. And if you ask to close the account or say exclude me they won’t ever let you.   • This is a scam site the never payout theyll never update you on you withdrawal which you will never receive. This site will say they are processing your withdrawal and due to a high volume of withdrawal its taking longer than expected. You will never get it they will never payout. There is no contact information you have to use the live chat and I can assure you thats fake as all they do is send you generic text as so many people are chasing the same withdrawal.
