• The customer service was fast and sometimes depending who you get they cut you off quickly and is severe although I felt it could be dodgey casino I was offered 30 due to spins not working and won 100 the minimum to withdraw I took 3 weeks on the last day 21st day I received it in my revolut It was back in October sometime last year their games platform is great customer service could be less rushed to get off but they did pay I wish thr withdrawals was faster

• DO NOT USE this company. They are infuriating to contact never reply to the “support” address and the live chat send scripted crap answers. There’s no way I’m getting my winnings of £2500 that I withdrew on 26th December and still waiting. Scam artist no intention of paying

• No star but cant right a review without 1.I deposited 100 and wound up winning. I dont do bonuses when i play i only play actual. I won over 800 eventually and thought id withdraw. Waited the time specified then contacted support who said can be 7-21 working days which i also waited (didnt understand their reasoning but still waited) Eventually the chqt started cutting me off conversations once they answered with the same mundame answer. I then asked for the 100 quid back rather than the 800+ then they closed my account and the chat dont load anymore. ive also emailed support but they have never answered in the 3months.Send me promo emails tho.The people who have been paid out are very lucky.But DONT TAKE THE CHANCE.

• Hi all I see lots of people writing bad reviews I’ve made 3 withdrawals in the last week or so and it’s taken at most 48 hours to hit my account last one was less than 24 hours. • This is a horrible site. The actual sportsbook and casino game options are good but the live chat team is useless they just dont respond and close chat. Also the withdraw system is an absolute joke. On many sites there is misinfirmation stating that this site only takes 24-48 hours for withdraw but it takes almost a month. They say they need 7-21 working days to check and process everything and then a further 24-48 hours for money to reach account. No other casino does this its an absolute joke. No problem when allowing customers to deposit but as soon as there is a withdraw request it takes a month hilarious.

• 30/12/2024 - I cancelled my pending withdrawal via live chat on 12/12/2024. I decided I would do smaller crypto transaction withdrawals of about 300 pounds. Managed to get it all out eventually. Appears just the larger withdrawals that take ages. 11/12/2024 - Still nothing. Now a pending withdrawal for over 11 weeks. No emails and no updates from customer service. 25/11/2024 - To update still no money no emails more nonsense from live chat. Avoid this site like the plague. 2 months. I have now been waiting. As this point I have given up on the 1600 and realise I will not be receiving. What a disgrace that companies can get away with it. • My initial experience with golden pharaoh was fairly positive. Deposited no problem. When I won I did receive 2 withdrawals ( £100 & £509) Admittedly they took a little time approximately 2 weeks to come through. • I made a withdrawal on Sunday night £1500 got it accepted the day after and paid in to my account on the Wednesday. Was worried when I read the reviews but top notch.Just an update my 3rd withdrawal of £3000 has taken over 10 days and still says awaiting on there end they are saying it can take up to 21 business days So getting a bit worried as another review mentioned the 3rd withdrawal took ages

blatant incorrect code

• I cant comment on the whole procedure (verification withdrawals etc)But from my short experience I can 100% say the games are coded wrong and therefore they are likely unfairly set up.I signed up deposited 100 played 1 single game that I have played for many hours on multiple platforms and instantly noticed an issue that the game has never done before - Ironically the live chat did not ask me specifically what this issue was so that they could hide it better.Only good thing is was very quick and easy to close the account
