• So many issues with the game it’s kinda like fraud. Definitely don’t waste your hard earned cash because support well there isn’t support it’s all copy & paste . Absolutely shocking service

This game used to be fun

• This game used to be fun. The rewards are not worth the effort and many of the sayings are if a middle school child wrote them. They do not listen to constructive improvement suggestions. The reviews say it all. This game has become a money grabbing joke. Ive only played to stay with clan members but will soon be leaving.

• This game is rigged period. The biggest rip off ever. Someone needs to file a class action suit. They are liars and petty criminals. Cheat and lie about it. Thanks. I want my coins back 40 million or my money back 1100 over the years.

• This was once a fun game. Since EA sports bought the game its become nothing but a money grab game and is more frustrating than fun and I have now abandoned the game. Do yourself a favor and find another game.

Dont waste your money on this rigged game

• this is a good free to play game you should not waste any money on the game at all. It is rigged to force you into playing shootouts which is 95% of the games so you can use another ball that you can purchase. they offer you the chance to upgrade clubs for cash that you never ever use and you can spend 100s of pounds doing this. my longest drive in the game far beats any human on the planet by 100yards. If you use it as a free to play game you will enjoy it. Spend your money on something useful.

Non response from support

• After recent update tournie had a bug with no opponents showing when you backed out to try later it incorrectly scored the hole you hadnt played as a bogey. EA acknowledged the bug but no compensation for any players affected. And worse having raised a support ticket about it at the time no real response from them over a week later.Never EVER use real money to buy stuff in game as gameplay and features skewed to encourage more and more spend.

The number of people cheating is…

• The number of people cheating is disappointing. I have played players that get no wind to adjust to and miss shots but get credit for them. Sometimes the replays show them missing but still getting the score sometimes the replay shows a completely different shot ball and wind angle from what was played during the match. Horrible cheating and a huge money grab. Customer service is non existent no money in it I guess.

• I have been playing Golf clash from the start and it has become a bloody joke in a recent competition on par 5s there were people getting 6 or more albertrosses and they even had replays of people getting hole in ones on a par 5 how rigged and fixed has this game become?. No wonder so many people are leaving for other platforms. I AM ALSO GETTING RID OF THIS JOKE OF A GAME.

• Lots of issues. Freezing during games and you are awarded a loss or in a tournament a bogie. Also charge you for offers you did not purchase. I had to challenge several charges (successfully ).

• They dismiss customers and only want your money. When I complained as the game stalled 3 times in 5 holes with perfect WI-Fi they admitted they had tech problems their end. Why did they not pause it until the matter was resolved. This cost me 5 shots and had no chance of winning the tournament after qualifying on -29 I had a chance. They offer me 1 ball. I said I wanted my qualifying balls back plus the 5 wasted in the final round when I had to stop because of their issues. It had stopped any chance of me competing. They said they would look into it. When I chased it up a further twice I was told to stop spaming them by Mary who was incredibly rude and aggressive. Please do not spend any money buying balls or upgrades. It is a total con and what could be a great game wasted by their tech and zero customer service when you raise a legitimate issue. Please stay away for any purchases it’s a scam.they really don’t care Celticbhoy

• Absolute rubbish. Playing bots 90% of the time inconsistent winds (crosswinds for you tailwind for bot) rigged tournaments (bots with minimal games will score -37 in 18 hole tournament) etc etcSupport allways the same stupid answers dont even bother.Play the game and you will win a few and then youll lose until you spend ridiculous amounts of money.Dont waste your money.

• Customer service absolutely non existent. My issue was dealt with appallingly by someone called Xenia who was condescending appallingly trained in customer service and as much use as a chocolate teapot. Why have customer service when you can’t deal with honest complaints. If this company were on a high street they would be closed within days. Atrocious is an understatement anyone dealing with Xenia forget your issue it’s not worth the effort even talking 100% dire customer service skills . After 5 years I’m done at the end of the season . Playing on as loyal to the clan . This game has become corrupt dishonest and greedy when it should be enjoyable !!!!!!

Issues with game after new update installed…

• Ive been playing the new 9 hole Aquatic Cup qualifying rounds and it has scored some holes for both rounds as a par or bogey without a chance to play them. This just started happening after i downloaded the new update. I play Golf Clash all time and really have never had an issue like this. Im pretty disappointed. Left me hanging

• Spent a ton of money on this game enjoyed it very much. When I lost my phone and had to replace it all my apps came back from the clouds but golf clash. Now they say they don’t recognize my email or phone number didn’t have any problem with them before when I was spending tons of money with that email and phone number. Won’t play again or spend another dime on it till they can resolve this issue.

• I played a tournament hole and hit the fairway and was told I was out of bounds so I re teed hit all the required shot to get par (with my one stroke penalty) I have all the shots saved and reported it to support lol at 1:15pm my time and as of 8:15 my time I still have yet to get the issue resolved or even looked into.....they say fair game play is one of their HIGHEST PRIORITIES but that standard only goes for the player and not the game creator or support.....I was informed that support will wait until I either play another hole or the round ends before they will respond and that would be the BIGGEST UNFAIR GAME PLAY OF ALL!!!!! FIX YOUR ISSUES OR YOU WILL LOSE EVEN MORE PLAYERS!!!!!!!!

Golf Crap

• I’ve played this app for at least 8 yrs and it seems the last 2 yrs has increased faceless bots as a match player that ALWAYS wins. The trajectories are so off it’s a joke and the more I write to complain the more matches I lose. They keep quoting their “fair gaming” BS which they have to post by law but golf clash is far fair gaming. Its all about the sales which I quit buying long ago for I figured out it’s not about fun but sales.

• App freezes up and you loose all of your progress in the tournament. Doesnt matter if I get a eagle or birdie my score is a zero really frustrating.

Good time filler but frustrating also

• This is a game that will take for an absolute age to get anywhere unless you put your hand in your pocket. Plus points are great graphics and gameplay and it is addictive but after 6 months of playing you will want to rather eat your own lawnmower than continue. Club upgrades take forever you will be looking at a good 9-12 months iwith hard cash poured into the game before you have a decent set of clubs to compete but my main gripe is the connection issues plagueing the game. If you have the latest phone and superdoopa broadband no problem right? wrong you will and often do lose games through connection issues which GC do bugger all about!
