- Took advantage of their £10 bet offer.Met the qualifying requirements with no problem.Get told as soon as my bet was made that my free bet was cancelled. (not very good practice.) But dont worry its a good think they said youll be glad to know for your benefit you dont have to the withdrawal roll over. (Thanks Goliath thats the offer I was really looking for.)The staff member in the chat was reasonably rude. More not helpful and obstructive than rude but it counts as the same thing when youve just been ripped off.Wouldnt give a reason for the cancellation whatsoever even after pressing several times.Read in the other goliathcasino.dk thread that you need notarized documents to withdraw. - The site advertises that as a new customer if you bet £10 you receive a £10 free bet. I deposited £10 and was charged a 25p fee for using s debit card- unlike any of the other sites.My bet met the conditions in the Ts and Cs but I did not receive the free bet so I contacted them and was told that management had decided to remove it from my account in my own best interests. I had had no dealings with this company prior to this so they knew nothing about me but still felt that something about me enabled them to refuse to honour the agreement I had entered into in good faith. I do understand that sometimes betting sites block people from entering other promotions but surely they should give me the £10 free bet I earned by meeting their conditions.Avoid this company. There are many others out there that charge no fee to deposit and do not renege on their agreements.
