- The people will happily take your money but when it comes to withdrawing that money ooh no its a you issue as they like to cancel withdraw requests without your approval and when i contacted them about it they banned my account looks like im not getting that £34 back

- DO NOT PLAY HERE ITS NOT LEGITAfter spending a few £££ with them I was fortunate to have a big win over £6k tried to cash it out and they said I could only take £500 a day out. Tried to take £500 and my withdrawal was cancelled and the money wasn’t returned to my balance spoke to customer services and they assured me it was a glitch on the system and it would be returned the following morning. It was not. I complained about it and they said they’d investigate. I had another withdrawal pending it went from 1 per day “ lightning quick “ to 3 working days to withdraw. Money was meant to be in my account on Tuesday morning my account was permanently deleted Monday evening even though I have broken no rules at all. Had an email today to say they could find no money in my account and that’s the end of the matter. Take heed of warnings on places like this. They all say the same take your money and never ever pay out Devastated

SCAM NEVER WITHDRAW
- I deposited €20 played the €20. When I want to withdraw it says that I have to make a new deposit to unlock the withdrawal.Please contact support and tell me to clear your browser cache try another browser test or device. Still having the same problem.Contact support again and tell them to request a withdrawal manual via email.I did this 3 months ago and didnt receive any money.I continue to insist daily and there is no progress.Congratulations to the content creators who accept any casino as a reward.

- Money credited in bank account but never received. Customer support awful most likely is the same guy from his bedroom under different IDs. Avoid avoid avoid at any circumstances!!Also just seen nowin the last 12 months there is only 3 reviews for this scam scored with one star yet average score is 2.8. Trustpilot at his best also :)))

- Terrible Review for Gransino CasinoI strongly advise everyone to stay far away from Gransino Casino. Their practices are shady and their customer support is an absolute joke. Heres my experience:I deposited funds and managed to win $800 then another $400. When I tried to withdraw the first $800 to my card it took six days only for them to claim my bank had rejected the payment. My bank confirmed this was completely false. The money was then returned to my casino account instead of being processed properly.When I tried again to withdraw the $800 they suddenly notified me that my account needed verification. Despite having already provided my license for verification they refuse to verify my card leaving me unable to withdraw my winnings. Their support is completely useless—offering nothing but repetitive generic responses that don’t address the actual issues.To make matters worse they won’t let me withdraw via Bitcoin or any other method until they approve my card even though I deposited funds using PayID from my bank account.It’s clear they’re stalling and looking for any excuse not to pay out legitimate winnings. This casino is nothing but a scam.
