- Did deposit 200 euros on Saturday night. Won 650 euro and asked for withdrawal. After a time of waiting support told me that finance team does not work on weekends and withdrawal can take up to business 48hours to be processed. At Tuesday evening I got an email saying that because I played one of the 100 games they forbid if using the welcome bonus my withdrawals are forfeit and the initial deposit refunded to site balance.
