- Did deposit 200 euros on Saturday night. Won 650 euro and asked for withdrawal. After a time of waiting support told me that finance team does not work on weekends and withdrawal can take up to business 48hours to be processed. At Tuesday evening I got an email saying that because I played one of the 100 games they forbid if using the welcome bonus my withdrawals are forfeit and the initial deposit refunded to site balance. What a joke. At that time I had 2 withdrawals ( 300 and 350 euro) support affirming they only cancelled the 300 one and 350 was cancelled by me. Joke of a site joke of a support fraud T&Cs done to cheat the client. DO NOT RECOMMEND
