- I have never played a game that is so rigged for the house its pretty much got me wanting to smash my phone. Its called towers and its a scam and its always rite. I guess its all random but its always rite is the problem. It dont matter if u bet 20 dollars or 10 cents it takes and thats it. I have won some ok pots but if u keep playing your cooked. And the customer service is prolly worst there is. Thats saying they are worse then Draft Kings and they are horrible. If you are new and want to blow money your better off going to a fire and burning it. You will feel better about it then giving it to these billionaires that would take your last penny and let you starve. They are disgusting greedy POS.

- I am super happy with Hard Rock Bet because now I can play my favorite slot games (PLAYTECH) but there is one thing that gives me a bad experience and that is when I play on the website my PC at the end where it shows the option to see all the games doesnt scroll and doesnt allow me to see all the games for some reason. But it works on my mobile device. However when I want to play on my PC I can’t; I can only play the ones displayed.I hope the sites technicians can fix this issue soon. THANKS.

- Absolute criminals. I made a prop bet on a player that never played in the second half of an NFL game. Their policy is to return the bet for a bonus bet. After not receiving it I sent them an email because there is no way to contact them they didn’t get back to me for days and when they did they said bonus bet was only good for 5 days and it expired. Dont know what government agency controls them but I’ll be connecting them once I figure it out. Disgraceful to say the least.

- Placed a bet on nfl game. I had all rhe players hit the bet quota. Then right at the end of the game with 10 seconds da left they had me lit up in green stating I would win as long as the team won. Well a few seconds later they took off the rushing yards and left me with needing 2.5 yards left to win.They had well o er that. The player for the rushing yards and then some. I will never play this again! Period!!!!

- After 8 days of Messaging back and forth I would not use Hard rock bet . My account was blocked because I attempted to delete old cards that had not been used in 2 or more years due to me making bank account switch I sent emails and sent old statements to prove they were my cards . Well that was a year ago. I figured Id give it a shot and try to switch from Ceasers rewards to Unity. And my family members who are dimond elete were planing on jumping ship to hard rock as. We had went to hard rock ac and match our player statues and started gambling at hard rock and planned on using hard rock bet to earn rewards throughout Unity but after my 8 day experience and feeling as if I am signing up for a motgage. Every time I send them documents they ask for they ask for more. And you can not get ahold of a team member that can help you just a support team that send someone else the info. I have sent my debt cards 2 times my license 3 times and a selfie with my license aka real id. and now they want a bank statement and a utility bill this has been 8 days and about 200 messages back and forth Everytime I try and call they say use the chat but all the chat does is say sorry for the frustration someone will get back to you in 24-48 hours . This has been after 5 different times sending different things they asked for. Needless to say Customer service is a 0 out of 5 and I do not feel comfortable enough gambling with hard rock in fear of them with holding money and not being able to receive a true answer or an actual person on a phone to communicate with.

- I wish I could give them a 0rating. They close my account which had a balance for no good reason they claim to have top notch customer service like 24/7 availability live phone customer service and live chat none of this is true. Only phone number provided is for gambling addiction help line. You will be redirected every time to email customer service which only will send an automated reply with a promise to reach out within 24 hours which will never materialize. I even attempted reaching the Seminole tribe gaming commission in Florida that were only able to transfer the call to an automated message that prompted me to once again reach out to hard rock bets customer service via email yes the same email for the customer service that never reaches back to you. Please stay away from this people Ive exhausted every possible venue to no avail seems they can go about ripping anyone off without consequences. My next steps will be the Florida gaming comission and the better business bureau.

They literally change the rules. CHEAP
- They literally change the rules to keep you from winning anything at all. I had a good run with baseball/hockey for a while and they changed the betting to only win or odds but not both reducing your winnings. They are also good at letting you bet on a live game and holding back a score that works in their favor until you place your bet. Id stay on for the fun if they werent so cheap but not having any fun winning every once in a while is not a good way to treat your customers. Im done.
