- There online platform sucks.. first they started off saying they wouldnt honor my friends referral stateing I already had a account in some other state I aint been to.. then once I proved I wasnt they allowed me to play and said they would honor the referral..so I go on and play my free spins for being a new player hit a jackpot and now my account is suspended and has been for days and you dont get any help just some stupid bot repeating the same thing over and over... - Talk about BORING!! I signed up to play online and lost about $500 quick dollars on their DEAD slots. And when I say dead I mean DEAD. Won nothing. Was pretty aggravated. I noticed the next day they credited back half of what I lost. Played it and after about 4 more hours of boring online play was able to win a good part of it back. Then went on the next day and back to boring and impossible. Lost lost and then seriously just figured it was NOT worth my time even trying to have fun. Feels totally rigged and the payouts are nil to none even when you have a good size bet and get a bonus. CLOSED MY ACCOUNT that day. No more donations from me. Bye Bye Hard Rock. They have no checks and balances and can do whatever they want because we have no other choice then to just not be allowed to bet. HardRock Tampa is great. I feel like I should mention that because Ive dealt with them for years. Ive never really had issues there but the few that have come up over the years theyve always fixed and really treated me with respect. So no shade thrown on Tampa Hardrock but Hardrock Bet is a joke.

- I would advise everyone to stay away from this app!! I literally signed up and my payment methods when trying to deposit would eventially say insufficient funds only to realize a day or two later the app would withdraw the funds and more from my account added. Then when I went to withdraw my winnings. Before they actually took funds out of my accounts Hard Rock bet rejected my withdrawal and suspended my account. I had to close all my accounts and start new. You should be aware that you will have the same issues. Please go to BBB.com and put in hard rock bets I am not the only one I am just one of the little fish in their big pond that they have swallowed. Be careful!!
