- After 8 days of Messaging back and forth I would not use Hard rock bet . My account was blocked because I attempted to delete old cards that had not been used in 2 or more years due to me making bank account switch I sent emails and sent old statements to prove they were my cards . Well that was a year ago. I figured Id give it a shot and try to switch from Ceasers rewards to Unity. And my family members who are dimond elete were planing on jumping ship to hard rock as. We had went to hard rock ac and match our player statues and started gambling at hard rock and planned on using hard rock bet to earn rewards throughout Unity but after my 8 day experience and feeling as if I am signing up for a motgage. Every time I send them documents they ask for they ask for more. And you can not get ahold of a team member that can help you just a support team that send someone else the info. I have sent my debt cards 2 times my license 3 times and a selfie with my license aka real id. and now they want a bank statement and a utility bill this has been 8 days and about 200 messages back and forth Everytime I try and call they say use the chat but all the chat does is say sorry for the frustration someone will get back to you in 24-48 hours . This has been after 5 different times sending different things they asked for. Needless to say Customer service is a 0 out of 5 and I do not feel comfortable enough gambling with hard rock in fear of them with holding money and not being able to receive a true answer or an actual person on a phone to communicate with.

- I wish I could give them a 0rating. They close my account which had a balance for no good reason they claim to have top notch customer service like 24/7 availability live phone customer service and live chat none of this is true. Only phone number provided is for gambling addiction help line. You will be redirected every time to email customer service which only will send an automated reply with a promise to reach out within 24 hours which will never materialize. I even attempted reaching the Seminole tribe gaming commission in Florida that were only able to transfer the call to an automated message that prompted me to once again reach out to hard rock bets customer service via email yes the same email for the customer service that never reaches back to you. Please stay away from this people Ive exhausted every possible venue to no avail seems they can go about ripping anyone off without consequences. My next steps will be the Florida gaming comission and the better business bureau.

- They literally change the rules to keep you from winning anything at all. I had a good run with baseball/hockey for a while and they changed the betting to only win or odds but not both reducing your winnings. They are also good at letting you bet on a live game and holding back a score that works in their favor until you place your bet. Id stay on for the fun if they werent so cheap but not having any fun winning every once in a while is not a good way to treat your customers. Im done.

- Hard rock Michigan is horrible. My account was suspended because my mom who I referred to the site tried to login to her account from my phone. They immediately suspended both of our accounts. Hers was reinstated with no issue after a few days. I had to submit ID verification to get mine reinstated. Then u get an email saying itās been reactivated but I canāt use the only device I have to login!! It takes minimum 2 days for them to even respond to an email only for it to be crap anyway! I told them to close my account since I canāt login to do it myself and Iām done with them. Horrible way to start off HARD ROCK!
