- Ive played heart bingo for a while now. Honest review Ive had some really good wins and some really bad losses they pay out really quick. Promotions are good. When it pays its really good some says are better than others. I think its q fair site been playing long enough and you wont win all the time. I enjoy playing on this site. Not as good as it used to be
- Had some good wins on heart Bingo in the past but now its like trying to get blood from a stone lol. I hardly deposit anymore i know we cant win all the time but its hard to win anything on there anymore. I understand they have to make money. But the old saying is true nobody wins with these sites. They definitely take more than they give out.

- Have been a heart bingo customer for about a week. Had one decent win. Seems to be the same people winning over and over in different bingo rooms however that isnât the topic of my review today. One of the promotions âthe emoji wheelâ allows you to opt in by playing ÂŁ2 in bingo rooms. The very first time i did this a week ago the promotion popped up as available whilst i was in a bingo room waiting for a game to finish. I clicked on the pop up so i could spin the wheel there and then. It just kept loading and loading so i clicked off of it. Once my bingo game had finished i entered the promotions page and clicked on the emoji wheel only to find it saying i had already completed the promotion and could not spin the wheel. I wasnât overly bothered. It was only a couple quid. Today however i opted in spent over ÂŁ2 and claimed the promotion. The wheel spun and to my utter disbelief it landed on the ÂŁ25 cash prize. Before i could even begin feeling any sense of joy a pop up came up on the screen saying âYOU HAVE WON 5 FREE BINGO TICKETSâ. I beg your finest pardon?I wrote to the live chat and explained the situation Alan replied by asking if i had a screenshot of when it landed on the ÂŁ25 cash. I said no obviously i did not expect this to happen. They said there is nothing they can do then. I made them aware that i wasnt expecting anything from the conversation other than answers as to why this happened. All i kept getting was âthe back rooms are saying you won 5 ticketsâ. I said i understand that but why did it land on a different prize to the one i was given? I asked him repeatedly to please escalate the issue and have it reviewed properly but he refused. Alan must have got upset or gone on his break because he passed the chat to Cat (maybe just Alan with a wig?).Cat was just as helpful when it came to answering my questions. I repeatedly asked why they give customers false hope and what was even the point of the wheel if it is just going to give out any prize it likes despite the wheel landing on something different. She said the wheel is just visual. When i asked whether this is made clear to customers BEFORE they opt in and whether it is in their T&Câs Cat replied with âi dont knowâ. Amazing. If the wheel is just visual why was i asked for a screenshot of when it landed on the ÂŁ25? Is it strictly visual or not? If so what was a screenshot going to change? I kept asking the same questions over and over âwhy give customers false hope just to disappoint them with a smaller/different prizeâ âwhy not just scrap the wheel and give customers their âallocatedâ prizes so people arent getting confused or disappointed when it lands on a different prizeâ âwhy isnt this made clear before opting inâ âwhy bother having it land on ÂŁ25 if customers wont actually receive that prizeâ to which Cat would reply âyou have won 5 ticketsâ over and over and eventually said âim confusedâ rather than answering the questions. Its always easier to act confused than to answer the actual questions. I know this because i used to do this when i was 5. AVOID FART BINGO!

- Good luck trying to win in the bingo even with your free welcome offer its near impossible. All promotions for slots are an insult to the player they have low RTP versions of games. Much better sites out there dont waste your money here.

- Scammed me with a fake bonus. I opted in for the bonus and met the wagering requirement of ÂŁ10 on one of the selected games but it tells me I still have to wager ÂŁ10 to get my free spins. Literally straight up scammed me!! Ive double checked the eligible games and the game I played is one them but it hasnt counted a single penny of what Ive wagered. Absolute joke!!

- Do not use this site. I won a bonus round and the game froze and then went back to the normal game. I did not receive my winnings and when I complained they said it was paid out correctly. They are lying. They cannot be trusted. I had not won much but still they have not paid. If they canât see that one of their games malfunctioned then at anyt8me they can take your winnings from you. - I donât understand why this casino operates the way it does but I feel completely misled by Hart Bingo. Every month I lose my full deposit limit without a single real chance of winning. And if by some miracle I do get a bonus or a feature itâs immediately wasted and the win is minimal â this happens again and again. I truly believe that an independent gambling authority should review my activity and profile with this casino. I donât think this is what gambling is supposed to be â it shouldnât just benefit the casino while giving players no fair chance. These machines seem set only to take or give out the smallest possible wins. Itâs incredibly disappointing Hart Bingo.
