• Amazing service I was so frustrated and concerned because my card suddenly stopped being accepted. I have now rectified this through the help of two Amazing agents through email .Heart bingo is my absolute favourite site and I can not recommend it more highly. I had become so despondent but CatherineVicky and Steve were extremely patient and helpful and now im able to play again so im delighted

• Heart bingo should be shamed of there services . Had issues with bingo winning not received they ensure me to wait 72hour for it to be resolved this was after been on chat for hours getting aired and having worker implying that is was my phones fault … anyways I’ve waited over 5 days and I had the same response I did on the day of issues they have no updates . They wouldn’t even show me full details of the bet even though state onsite if asked customer service they can give . I’ve become very impatient with it and frustrated because they don’t listen to you they avoid what ur asking totally discarding you now I’ve been gambling since I was 18 I’m now 29 so I’ve had my fair share of using sites stay clear of heart bingo they are not site that keeps they customers happy or put their customers first I’ve contemplating to put all screen shots online because I do think a lot people be shocked how it’s been handle my issues aside they customer services are very poor .
