• I have just played on this site & I must say not an enjoyable experience today. Waited for a number for 3 lines not a fortune but a wins a win. Imagine my shock when it came out and continued to carry on playing as if nothing happened. I thought must be a glitch then 2 numbers later I have 3 lines on a different ticket. Yeah I know that if the first had stopped the game then I wouldnt have got the second one but again the game continues until several numbers later its called. • Took several agents to sort out my issue and eventually it was sorted by an agent called Sheigh who was very understanding patient and efficient. Sheigh cleared up the problem within 5 minutes which the agents prior should have done but they were more eager to avoid dealing with my issue by telling me to read the TCs or to wait 24 hours or to retry in 2 days. • Having an issue where I won within a game but was not awarded any winnings. The issue has still not been resolved despite promises of receiving a resolution within first 24 hours then 72 hours. Chased it again today and dealt with Edward on the customer services team.
