• Deposited £10 and had £10 bonus managed to wager the required amount (35 times my stake) and win £500 . I tried to withdraw and it was stuck on pending for 3 days then I had an email to say my winnings had been confiscated as I had placed a bet over £5 .Very disappointing as the live chat provided excellent customer service and when I asked why there was a delay in withdrawing they placated me saying it was standard procedure . Part of the White Hat Gaming group - avoid all of their sites .

Got paid promptly. 2 stars deducted for suddenly asking me for source of funds after a week with them and locking my account without even an email to explain why. They asked for copies of wage slips to show my source of wealth - explained this was not possible since my business is abroad and I do not take a wage but they could by all means check my credit rating and do a criminal check using my details easily enough. They already had the usual passport driving licence and proof of address. We are not talking hundreds of thousands of pounds I played couple of thousand and I have never been asked for proof/evidence by any other online casino before.
