• I used to really like high 5. Until I won and tried to redeem. A few days later after I had already deposited. Won a bonus and then magically my account balance was 0. When I tried to reach out then I was informed by them that they closed my account because I had multiple accounts. I do not have multiple accounts. And if my account was closed then why would they accept the money then wait until the second I win and then they take it. Everything about this sounds fraudulent! • I was able to redeem a couple times before too and like a week ago I got up to almost 3000 I tried to redeem and it said I was approved and next thing I know everything was cancelled and I had to reverify & it kept declining my verification and I wasnt able to redeem..I was so mad and I couldnt get no one to help me the whole time.
