• High 5 froze my account my account for no reason at all. My husband gives me money to play so I use his card on a account that is no longer even active in the past over a year ago (which isnt illegal considering that we are legally married) I have had several other redemption and it has never been a issue nor has it been a issue when they are talking my money but now a year maybe even longer later when I send a redemption request they want to freeze my account I provided the nessecary documents and they are intentionally not responding as a loyal customer I feel mistreated and this is not okay I will be trying to contact the cooperate office because if it was a problem they should have said something a long time ago 🥺😥

This place is a joke

• Horrible Customer Service. I was trying to reset my password since I didn’t know how I originally signed up (apple google FB etc...) and it asked me to enter my phone number and said that my phone number was already linked to an account. When I contacted customer service to let me know how I originally signed in and to disregard my phone number they said they had to close my account because I was signing up under two different accounts. Wrong I just needed my login credentials to be reset. Well sorry won’t be getting my money.

• I was sent an email from high5casino saying sorry they fell short and understand my frustration with communicating then asked me if i wanted them to review my account again then sent me another email saying it has been resolved and if I continue being disrespectful they will close my account. • Well after spending a lot of money I finally won only to have to SC’s taken and multiple emails indicating that my account was credited back. My account never was credited. Long redemption delay

• I am currently waiting on a redemption for 10k to my bank via trustly. I was fully verified before requesting the redemption but they took two days to inform me they needed more information and documentation. It is impossible to get them to respond in a timely manner. I repeatedly checked in to make sure they had everything they needed from me and it took until 8 days after I made the redemption request for them to confirm they’ve got everything. I see no reason for them to delay my payout this long if everything is above board. They have great incentives and a fun mix of games but if you somehow have a big win good luck getting paid with any sense of urgency.

• Let me tell you about high five I have been playing on this platform for a year or so and never had any problems until now when I logged in it redirected me to login with another email so I did and then it still said login with another email so I did I have been waiting on a redemption of only $100 and I contacted high five and told them that I cant log on to my account to check the status of my redemption which then a team member emailed me back and said that I have tried to make multiple accounts and that is direct violation how is it making multiple accounts when I never pushed create account and I feel it was an error on their end because of it asking me to log in with another email so I do not recommend high five they get a high zero on my review
