Bad withdrawals

• First i deposited via a payment method that apparently was not available for withdraw so in order for me to withdraw i had to deposit again with another method since you can only withdraw with the same method you deposited with. Got scamed

• I created an account and the Android auto-address feature entered the wrong address. I spoke with live chat and they told me I could change my address to the correct one by sending an email to the KYC team with proof. I did that but instead of updating my address they banned my account while I had a €130 withdrawal pending. I contacted live chat again but they ignored me.
