  • It takes at least 24 hours for customer service to respond to an email and even then the response is clearly an automatic response and you may have to wait more than a day for a response to follow-up questions. The website advertises that it takes 24 hours to approve the confirmation but it took me several days. Live chat is useless you get an email address in response to where you can write. Withdrawals take at least 5 business days. Withdrawals are not possible in the evenings and on weekends.

I was about to sign up but a 3.2-3.4/5 score definitely screams 1.6-1.8% of total players have had a bad time.
