• Been waiting almost a week for an answer on my e-mail. Won about 5k euro and then froze my account for a week. On the day i froze my account i also made a withdrawal request. I then received an E-mail from the financial department regarding documents i needed to send in. Which is totally normal and standard practice. On the same day i answered that e-mail with both documents and questions. It has never been my intention to break their rules but you must not bet more than a certain amount every time you bet.This means I cannot get my bonus of 3000 Euro paid out and they have removed everything from my account.
