- I joined this casino and I instantly uploaded my kyc documents. I keep checking my kyc for weeks still saying in review. I took a deposit bonus keep in my like most deposit bonuses you have to select it and activate it for it to apply to the deposit and your balance. After deposit came back to the game. I checked the the terms it said what I had to wager and that slot wagers are valued at 100% towards wagering. I ended up winning upwards of 800$. I wagered the lousy 60$ I had to wager. Or so I thought. Their trick is you have to activate it AGAIN! So come to find out after wagering hundreds and eating to cash out I hadn’t wagered anything at all. So go and wager again after activate it. Come back after getting up to 400$ and contact support. Only certain games apply to the wagering balance. Fine whatever I get and wager the 60$. Try to withdrawal 200$ nope my kyc isn’t being reviewed yet despite waiting WEEKS. Why not? Because you have to tell support you uploaded them. So I do that. Then I request the withdrawal. Of course we all know KYC takes minutes unless of course you’re trying to withdrawal then the process takes up to 2 weeks. Of course kyc comes back asks me to submit more documents which I’ve never and I mean never been requested to submit additional documentation. Anyways today while my 80$ is pending withdrawal I make another deposit and it automatically gives me a bonus. This time you mean to tell me I don’t have to activate it 2 times each time. Odd. I contact support. Remove the bonus she said oh that’s not necessary. Just leave it. Or take it it won’t affect your already pending withdrawal. So low and behold I took it. I cancelled it when I was going to deposit again and guess what it took the bonus off my pending withdrawal!! The bonus I got after I requested the withdrawal that I cancelled came off my pending withdrawal balance. Make that make sense. They said this is how it always is. No no it’s not. A pending withdrawal!!! No how it works.
