• I dont understand why this reviews are soo low. Literally the fastest withdrawals in the casino ever. Funds are in the bank in 5 hours after the withdrawal. Good variety of games. • Some of these reviews are laughable a case of sour grapes 🍇.Ice36 is a multi network casino operated by skills on the net.I have joined almost all of the sister sites Luna casino masked singer to name a few.I have had no issues with deposit and withdrawals and would award the company 5 stars had the withdrawal process been quicker.The only issue I have with this network is the live chat. I dont appreciate talking to a bot . You get multiple choice solutions and could be there for hours waiting to actually speaking to a real person.The games play well no crashes which is the gamblers nightmare.So my experience of this site and the sister sites is all positive.

• Awful website no one is around to contact I can not withdraw my own funds without providing personal details which I do not feel safe to do so. Reading all the bad reviews worries me. • Deposited 15 pounds left my bank immediately but not credited to my account. Customer service (live chat) is just a’bot’ with no actual agents to help! So glad I didn’t deposit a higher amount! I’d honestly play elsewhere with a more reliable gaming site !

• Looks like a scam site to me paid £20 in won £120 tried to withdraw £100 through Apple Pay (how I made my deposit) got an email saying they couldn’t use my selected withdrawal method (even though it was fine for a deposit) and I needed to provide my bank details. Provided all the information required instantly no response. In total I’ve sent 5 emails to this “support email” and I’ve had no reply. Avoid don’t make the same mistake I have.

• Ive contacted an independent site (ADR) to try and resolve the issue im having with this site. I have been a customer since December sent my documents and received an email saying they were verified. I have been depositing and playing without issue. Tried to make a withdrawal and it was blocked because they wanted the exact same documents they already verified. Sent them again and it said they would be verified within 12 hours. • I joined their website “ICE36” which is a digital Casino only to discover a few hours later whilst I was playing the games that I kept getting a pop up window appear directing me to their online chat which is in fact a “Chat Bot”. Nobody has responded to my messages and it wont let me withdraw the funds.I have searched for a phone number and cannot find one.This Scam wont allow me to withdraw my funds nor allow me to play the games on their Website and as a result they have conned me.

• So whilst trying to withdraw my withdrawal had been processed it says it can take 2-7 days to reach my bank. Today was the 7th day and the withdrawal has been cancelled and my winnings showing in the gaming account again. I have uploaded all relevant documents so there’s no reason why the withdrawal would have been cancelled. Funny how it’s happened on the last day. It is all rigged to give a glimmer of hope and you will bankrupt yourself keep away.I deposited 10 got that up to over 100 couldnt withdraw as had active 10 bonus which to be wagered was 300 points but as you only det 0.5 points per £1 gambled that equals £600 just to clear my winnings this is a bonus I did not use. • I originally wrote a scathing review of this provider. However whilst their customer service is slow and pretty pathetic they did eventually get back to me over 24 hours later. It does appear that when you take a bonus you have to wager the full bonus so the wagering begins straight away or so it appears. Because I tried to withdraw they said I still had wagering left to complete Im still unclear if this is how it works because I didnt drop into bonus money. Anyway they processed my withdrawal same day yesterday and they must have processed it last night & received my £800. So not the slowest but still fairly slow. The games list is fantastic which is only really missing NoLimit slots. Now I know how they operate I can safely say they are not scammers now they are either understaffed or poorly trained for the length of time it takes to contact someone.
