Bad customer service withdrawal delayed
- I registered and confirmed via live chat that I was eligible for the bonus when it did not appear in the deposit section. I made my first deposit but I never received the bonus even though I had confirmed this beforehand. I would never have made even a single deposit at the casino if I had known this.After that I wagered my deposit once and requested a withdrawal. My withdrawal has been in āpendingā status since December 9th and customer support always gives the same response: āthe relevant department is investigating the matter.āI cannot recommend playing here to anyone. The customer service is ridiculously poor and it is apparently very difficult to withdraw your money even though the amount in question is as small as 220 euros.

- Awful casino same as other reviews they state 24 hours to withdraw and yet it doesnāt get processed. Iāve been stupid enough to lose Ā£1000ās to this casino and now Iāve won back Ā£4000 they will not pay out. In fact I have not managed one successful withdrawal with this casino. I will be reporting for adjudication and to the gambling commission.
