• Guys whats right is right. They have a quing system for fica registration it take long. I called them because the agents for live chatting were taking too long. The lady was friendly. She immediately ficad me and did a withdrawal so i see the money is out of my betting account and i am fica compliant so just waiting for money to reflect in my bank account Just an update. Waste of your time

• Waste of your time after registration I logged on left it for literally 2 minutes and when I come back to logon they say my password is incorrect like how is that even possible went on to refer them to some of my friends to see if there was a difference and guess what same thing happens to them as well...very bad customer service and the worst online chat stood waiting 30 minutes for an agent and still didnt receive any feedback👎👎👎

• Just read through the negative comments Surprised at a few. If you streaming a race on DSTV or Gallop then you are a few seconds behind and your last minute bet will more than likely fail. I have found the email service to be good. You may not get a response immediately but you will get a response. Also call them the generally fix the issue on the phone immediately.I also think an element of calm and patience should be displayed when contacting INTERBET!FICA docs: It is possible something was missing from the DOCs hence the delay. My experience is awesome I highly recommend this site Deposits are quick withdrawals are quick Staff are friendly and helpful. Still the best!

• I dont know why its rated bad Interbet is simply the best user friendly the support team knows their work I just have one complain on fica documents I sent my documents 3-4 times they are yet to approve them apart from that interbet is the best

• I would watch the race in real time and my horse would win that I bet on and then interbet would say I lost the bet and my horse didnt win even though I saw in real time that my horse won. Really bad I would not trust them and then next thing you know I was banned. If you win bets this is not the betting app for you because they hust wont pay out or they somehow say you lost a bet even if you won.

• Awful company yet another bookmaker who restricts winning accounts and refuses to pay winnings. Withdrawals pending for ages live chat absolutely useless. Waste of time should be shut down.Also the website is horrendous to navigate- perhaps use some of the money you keep from genuine punters to update that.

• This is the worst sportbook I have ever dealt with. I have asked for a withdrawal mutiple times and they kept giving me reasons that had problems with the processor. I have then provided them with 2 other different methods of payment verified these payment methods verified my ID. They have told me multiple times that my money was going to be sent the following day. Obviously the money never came. They are just making you run in circles for no reason always asking you the same questions and giving new excuses. Complete SCAM book. DONT PLAY THERE You will never be able to get your money.

• I made a withdrawal yesterday and they asked for Fica documents and I did submit them through their Email including Bank Statement and I got a message from them saying My Documents its been Approved.So I did do my withdrawal Again and its been Approved but even now I didnt get My Withdrawal.And All I know for sure when you Register any Gambling Platform They only Need your ID and active phone number and Account Number So that you can be able to withdraw your with no any problem to get and Other Gambling Platform have options to withdraw Your Money but You guys dont have any Options to do withdrawals. • Absolutely shocking site withdrew funds they wanted to verify my payment method (they didn’t need to do identity as this was done when I opened my account) so I sent them the photo of my card like they asked it failed they then asked for a photo of my card that was used on the account a year ago luckily I still had the card so sent that in .. failed. They then said that wasn’t enough and would need the phone bill linked to the account so I sent them a copy of my recent order phone bill with the number that was linked to my account.. no they didn’t want that one they wanted my partners as it had been used to make 1 deposit as this wasn’t my number they wanted his recent phone bill a photo of his id and a handwritten consent letter. We did all of this to be told nope still not enough to prove it was me to release my funds. They asked for a utility bill so I sent them this with both our names and address on the same names and address as all the other documents provided and a photo of me holding my passport .. this was then finally verified on day 4 and where now on day 6 and I’ve had no update my funds still have not been released to me I was told this had been put on an advance to be fast tracked but still absolutely nothing from them. Absolutely shocking site for a withdrawal of £250 avoid avoid avoid!!

• One of the worst gambling website in the UKVerification process can take ages with various request like take picture with your id provide bank statement only from high street banks etc. Customer support very poor and slow uX is awfull and very slow

• Just dont bother absolutely horrific. customer service takes 2 hours to respond they want you to basically give your soul before they accept ID verification havent got that far yet DO NOT DEPOSIT unless you want to spend a whole day trying to get your verification sorted. • This is an absolute shambles of a company and it’s unbelievable they are allowed to trade.They currently owe me £6140 with another bet pending... they must be absolute dim wits if they think I am going to let this lie!!I will give Stuart and Sophie who had no problem in taking my £1500 deposit until the end of the week to show courtesy in responding to my numerous emails - there on afterwards I will seek advice from my solicitor... I’ve had the account for a few months

• I’ve had the account for a few months and been able to deposit bet and withdraw without a problem. Then out of the blue I have been asked to verify who I am. I have sent the documents I was asked for but not given a timeframe on how long this will take to be processed. I always thought that if Identification were required it would be asked for straight away or when very large amounts of £ are involved. My withdrawal request was only £120 which does make me wonder why I have been asked to verify my account. If this is sorted quickly no problem but having now read all the other reviews I am far from certain I won’t be asked to jump through hoops to get my £. I won’t give up if the pay me fair enough but if they don’t they will need to rethink their policy by the time I have finished. The following day I asked how long it takes to verifybeen told 3-5 working days. It amazes me that they can instantly take my £ but it takes so long to verify. I wonder if they have ever asked for verification BEFORE a deposit is made. I doubt it very much! Later the same day they have verified everything except my selfie holding a passport. I live alone and it is really hard to take a picture of yourself holding a passport without taking your arm out of the picture when you take it. Really great of interbet to basically force me to break covid rules to find somebody to help me. My address passport and bank card are clearly not enough. Maybe somebody stole my identity! What a farce this is! I have changed my review to 2 stars as on the 2nd day I seem to have now been verified. However I still believe these documents should have been requested straight away. If I didn’t have my passport I would have had to pay for some form of identification just to be able to withdraw. I’m sure some people just give up as they are unable to send what is required. This shouldn’t be allowed imo.
