- Dont waste your time or money. Takes forever to withdraw. Based on my experience they look for ways not to pay you. Im still trying to withdraw my win that happened early December. They keep asking for more verification proof even after my account was verified. Now they are asking for the last 4 digits of my SIN to process. Their customer service live text chat is very poor. They often just disconnect on you. I dont understand how this casino is considered legit. I will soon be filing a complaint. I will not be using this site going forward. Its like a legal scam. I encourage people to file a complaint if youre in Canada a quick Google search will show you the process and regulatory bodies that responsible. - Ive tried to contact a live agent and have sent numerous emails which only get a response in 3 days. When I go on live chat its keeps disconnecting me. Why is my payment still processing since Nov 4th Ive been trying to get this payment out for 9 days now. Ive also been trying to change my preferred method of payment on one of my withdrawals and it wont let me but jackpot city will probably make up another excuse on the weekend and not send it its only $486 payout and its seems impossible to receive it. I managed to win $200 and requested a withdrawal using the same bank card that I used for depositing my money. 3 days later I get an email saying they cant withdraw using this method and to change my method. I chatted with support & they have me sending all kinds of documents to prove I am the same person that deposited the money. They have no problem taking the money but good luck getting any back if you do manage to win

- I was done with Play Ojo due to them cheating and not following fair gaming guidelines so I decided to try Jackpot City. At first they were good honest reasonably quick withdrawals and I actually won some money but it didnt last long. Now Ive been waiting for almost two months for the refund of my wager on a slot that glitched out. I offered irrefutable evidence in the form of screenshots as proof but they not only took 18 days to send in my complaint to the game manufacturer but they seem to not have an answer yet. I looked for the rtp percentages sheet on their page and they only had one from two years ago with only half the machines on it. I asked for an updated one and was promised an email with everything up to date...that was almost a month ago with no email. Their customer service always seems to time out while Im waiting for a response from the support staff making me have to endure the entire long process of getting in line to chat with someone. Their roulette table seems to frequently blank screen while the white ball is rolling and then they claim a certain number was hit obviously not any of the ones I chose EVERYTIME. A little suspicious to me...all in all DO NOT EVER GO TO PLAY OJO and unfortunately I now have to say the same thing about Jackpot City.
