- I would like to share my worst experiences with JeetWin which I am using from past 3 or 4 years .. FIRSTLYMy deposits are either added very LATE or NEVER added to my account. For proof please check my previous records or emails sent. For proof I am asked to submit video proofs with other mobile using a 3 person who has no concern.. THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST STUPIDEST THING I EVER SAW - MY MONEY IS NOT ADDED EVEN IF I SHARED THE UPI SLIP. YOU GUYS HAVE WORST RESELLERS INSTEAD OF CHECKING WITH THEM YOU ASK FOR VIDEO PROOF - what the hell is wrong with you guys.SECONDLYFor withdrawals if the amount is not added then you keep following up like crazy and share all proofs including PDF OF BANK STATEMENTS AND YOU KEEP ON ASKING AGAIN AND AGAIN. THIRDLYIF I REFER SOMEONE THEIR ACCOUNT IS BLOCKED THE NEXT DAY EXAMPLE - kamz123TO BE HONEST REALLY THE AMOUNT AND TIME I SPENT ON HOUR PLATFORM IS A WASTE and I think there are other better options to explore online than banging my head with you guys .. - I have made a deposit of 10000 on 21/06/24 at 1:47am. Still not received money in casino account. Its been more than 12hrs now.. customer support is pathetic no response from them...guys dont play and waste money with jeetwin...very poor services..its better you to play with other site. Very poor service and fake customer support services
- I have made a withdrawal but amount was never credited in my bank but it’s showing success in record. I have made several complain but everytime the chat team ask to submit bank statement and withdrawal record which I did for almost everyday. It’s been 17th day since withdrawal on 24th March 2024. But no response. I have send email too as they don’t have call option but no reply. This is really frustrating from Jeetwin. My amount of withdrawal is 90000/- . If anything happen. With our deposit or withdraw fund then we are helpless as a customer. I been playing from last 3 years but I will quit this website. Worse and really frustrating experience. User Chanchal009
