• They are total losers I did told them to close my account but i never mentioned to make it permanently as i have other peoples who have their account reactivated if they have never mentioned to close it permanently but they close my account.i have the chat proof with the vip manager but for some reason trustpilot doesn’t allow to attached the screenshotEven tried contacting support through email and they said my account can’t be open again and i was like whattttttttI would have given them 0.5 star instead of 1 star but no option to do it

Misleading

• There misleading in making you belive you have winnings that they then take off you even though you very done a bonus wager and the amount that was taken was never locked by bonus on my profile till I then went to try and withdraw it . 7 times I tried to withdraw and everything there was something wrong with the Id or paper work even though everything I was providing was as they asked then when that clearly could not go on being a issue they go on with some maximum winning even though they let you win more than that believing you have won only to take it off you . You cant acsess there bonus terms and conditions from the site for whatever reason so its any ones guess I just found the whole scenario to be misleading and the staff very wishy washy with there reasoning I would not play there or put my money there again. Im very disappointed in the whole experience
