- You have to wager 3x your deposit to be able to withdraw your money. Then you wager 3x the amount and still cant withdraw. What type of casino wont let you have your own money back? Scammers! I tried to deposit some money. It didnt show up in my account so I tried it again. Later looked and both went through. Then I couldnt withdraw any of it because I needed to wager it all 3 times the amount!?!?! Then I wagered it on all sorts of things and withdraw option never came up. Absolutely untrustworthy

- One star is too much. After I deposit I get emails with bonus codes for first deposits. I’m asking the support if I’m qualified and get the answer yes. Used it and it wasn’t credited 7 chats later the casino says my fault. Customer support takes ages to answer. Don’t play here

- I completed the bonus wagering requirements at JoCasino and the system confirmed it by converting my bonus into real money (€125). I then requested a withdrawal – but it was rejected.Support claimed I “violated the terms” because I used the Bonus Buy feature. However this rule is not mentioned clearly in their terms and conditions. I never bet more than €0.10 per spin – Bonus Buy just triggers a feature it doesn’t change the stake. The system allowed it no warning was shown and the bonus was marked as completed.When I asked for clarification the support agent just repeated “Bonus Buy is a bet” and refused to point out where this is stated in the rules. No transparency no fairness no real help.I feel misled and disappointed. I’ve already filed complaints with licensing authorities and consumer protection platforms.
