• The first time I tried to make it deposit there was an error and the money was never added to my account it literally took two weeks to get a refund on it and then took almost another week to receive it. So I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and tried today to make I deposit and the exact same thing happened when I contacted customer support they were less than helpful or concerned. And now once again I am stuck waiting.

Bait & Switch Juicy Vegas Online Casino

• This is an online casino. My suggestion is not to send cryptocurrencies. I made a deposit for a bonus promotion using BTC. The playthrough requirement was TBD upon deposit. The other bonus I played had a 10X playthrough but this one was 40X! I asked for the bonus to be cancelled and was told they could not. I aske to close my account ad return my BTC. The account was closed and I was told that cryptocurrency deposits are non refundable. Be careful on all online casino sites but this is the only one where I was not able to cancel a bonus. • So far..Ive done the NDb I won and am hoping to cash out the $100 I made..as profit..So far.. I went to cash out... And they told me... Waaaayyyy after I already gave them my credentials and legal information... They told me I need to make a deposit of at least $20.. so now Im trying to deposit money and Im getting absolutely no where. The Bitcoin receiving address just says undefined... • funny but you cannot make money without spending real money so dont try to make money with the coupon they wont payout or disable your account .

Dont allow user of comp points

• I have played here and won here. They finally got they payouts down to a very reasonable time frame. However where they have lost me is the comp points. By the beginning of this year I had over 11000 comp points which equates to over 100 in play. I was told I was not eligible and to deposit more money and then I would be eligible to redeem the points. I continued to play and to my surprise the points disappeared. After building them up again this time to 4700 points I was again told I was not eligible and to dossier and okay more and I would then again be eligible down the road. Apparently if you win at the casino and they have to pay out to you your comp points are no good. Sorry thats not how it should work. Additionally it used to be free money. Now there are conditions and play throughs. Im done with you.
