• I dont even know who this company is have never made an account dont gamble. Yet I woke to £87.50 added onto my phonebill to this company: all done between 2-4am all roughly 8 minutes apart. My phone bill provider refused to wipe the charges and contacting this company is literally impossible unless I wanna stay on hold to an international number and be charged what they owe me anyway!!! Contacted them via email and was told to submit photo of passport driving licence proof of address and back account details. She did all of this and was told she can now submit a request to withdraw her cash balance. But she is still not able to do so and the support team are not getting back to her now when she is asking for help. They clearly are happy take money from you but dont want to pay out when you win.
