- Deposits take ages. Even after the transactions has 3 confirmations you wont automatically get the deposit within one or two hours and you need to contact support a provide them transaction details and screenshot from your crypto platform.Support is rude insult belittle ignore gaslight and in general make it known that you are the lowest of all humans. They are not very helpful either. This is even when you are perfectly nice.
