• Yet another flurry of promotional emails from this bunch. Im still waiting for an answer to my queries from weeks ago....no response from support team at all. Still have my personal information and using it without my consent!Be very careful!

• I joined the site yesterday. Provided full ID so it couldnt come up at a later date. Had emails regarding 2 parts of my ID which I rectified as soon as I saw them. I made a £50 deposit I won and completed the full wager requirement. I came off the site to wait for my verification so I could make a withdrawal. I now cant access the site at all have replied to their emails and theyve bounced back. I think they have blocked me and I have £1400 in my account that I want to withdraw. I am in complete shock.I would happily change my review if its a technical error. I am actually gosmacked.....I finally managed to get back on to the site but I kept getting kicked out. I managed to get through on a link from a review site and get on to chat.I asked what was required for my withdrawal as it was rejected.This is whats required:-Confirmation of the deposit in amount 50 t GBP made on 2026-01-14 06:57 UTC showing xhe amount date time and your full t name.I spent ages on my online banking and am unable to provide what they want in that format. I can provide proof of payment. Thats no problem.I think I have sorted the email confirmation out but I am not sure as havent had confirmation.Without this stress this site has great game selection pleasant customer support agents but the verification process is in my eyes unachievable.I really appreciate that the site have took the time to respond to my review. The changing domain part completely makes sense thats why I was having difficulty accessing the site. • I dont know who these guys are or where they are from. If you try to withdraw they tell you have to wait 48 hours just for them to process the withdrawal. Within that time of you can cancel the withdrawal. If you do you might as well just close it and leave it in there. You will lose it

• Quick at taking your deposits but when it comes to withdrawing it takes absolutely ages never experienced this on any other sites. Not had one of my withdrawals land in my account yet I have over £2000 pending. I have been verified they have my passport details my bank details so there should be no further need for what they say are security checks. Im going to be reporting them its not fair. • SCAM CASINOplayed for half hour and got 2 bonuses. First bonus paid 4x and the second bonus paid 3x. There is also no responsible gaming options anywhere on the site.
