• Got the sign up bonus of 50 no deposit free spins. Won about £10 nothing too exciting. I’m a creature of habit so I just play the same few games. • I am currently rating this as 4* purely because the win I got was incredible however if I do not receive my winnings I will return to do a negative review. I couldn’t rate it 5* as getting hold of customer service for reassurance has been a nightmare and if I’m honest I don’t feel the slightest bit reassured I’m going to get my money but if I do I have essentially won £9000 from a deposit of £125 which is absolutely incredible and will absolutely save my current financial situation. I have emailed but haven’t had a response. And upon reading these reviews it has given me significant distress. I have screenshotted everything including my winnings and my account just in case I end up getting locked out and have to request my funds via going through ombudsman but I am hopeful I am going to receive them. I have only withdrawn £2000 so far and plan to withdraw £7000 once I receive my £2000 (and when the withdrawal finally leaves the pending stage) chat bot was useless and said I will receive funds in a matter of hours which I haven’t so I am really concerned and I would appreciate the casino reassuring me that I will in fact receive my money. Delay tactic

• I have been using this site for aWhile. On Saturday I won 2400. Immediately they blocked my account under the lie that I needed to complete a safer gambling form. This is a delay tactic to prolong the pay out. Once I completed the form and obviously passed the safer gambling text they then placed my account on a further 24 hour ban. Ended up winning $700 yesterday withdrew the money and it was in my bank account today!! Very impressed and relieved it is all legit.The site did glitch and kick me out of games several times.
