• Been trying for 3 days to get my money. Every time I log in to get an update on where my payout is going I am told that it has been forwarded to another department and I will receive an email with an update. I have been playing there for a year now and have never received an email from them even though they say so every time. Now I have been waiting for 3 days for a payout of €110 which has gone from my account but still has not arrived in my bank..Answer to Knightslots:Its been 6 days now with no update from you. Not even a message that you are still investigating the matter. I have written to your chat several times I have asked to speak to an agent I have sent you emails and the only answer I get is that they cant help me and that the matter has been forwarded to another department. Delay tactic

• I have been using this site for aWhile. On Saturday I won 2400. Immediately they blocked my account under the lie that I needed to complete a safer gambling form. This is a delay tactic to prolong the pay out. Once I completed the form and obviously passed the safer gambling text they then placed my account on a further 24 hour ban. Then I did actually get my money yesterday afternokn after much threatening to post bad reviews. Then I have just seen they have blocked my account for a further 7 days and Im excluded from all further promotions. I have lost all my rewards and free spins. So avoid avoid avoid. • Very pleased with my experience. I saw the reviews but figured I’d give it a try anyway. Deposited only $50 to be safe. Ended up winning $700 yesterday withdrew the money and it was in my bank account today!! Very impressed and relieved it is all legit.The site did glitch and kick me out of games several times. But when I went back in to the game it would either resume play where it had left off or it had already credited or debited my balance for the previous spin result. Reputable but bad odds

• KnightSlots is alright. Sister website of Slotsmagic and Spingenie. All three website have pretty poor RTP on slot games. I have actually won decent amounts on here but basically lost it afterwards over a few days. One complaint I have is the withdrawal process for Ontario - there is only one withdrawal method and it was very glitchy for me. I ended up having to find an empty bank account with Simplii and managed to connect that for withdrawals. My main Scotiabank account could just not be connected no matter how many browsers phones etc. I tried.Their customer service actually emailed me with an exclusive offer (get to Level X and win an iPad) which seemed cool until I realized how much Id have to gamble to get to Level X...
