• This hotel was like Fawlty Towers on steroids. We were charged $500 for facilities and room deposit as soon as we checked in. We were not told there were no facilities. The pool was a building site one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. The room. We had very hot water coming out of both taps. The couldnt fix this. The safe needed a new door to make it work. The soap dispenser was broken. The sink had a massive crack in it. They said they would replace it AFTER WE LEFT ! ! Reception always had massive queues not enough staff. Do not come here Disgraceful ! This hotel and its management are not fit for purpose ! !
