• Absolutely terrible website. I have used the site many times but recently had won £400 this was almost two weeks ago. Since then I have nothing but issues. Been asked to send all sorts of documents in and after doing this Im told my withdrawal will be sorted and Im still waiting. The site just seems to not want to pay out. Constantly told to wait but then receive nothing. The online chat is terrible no help whatsoever and at times rude. Just dont play on this site I will never be using them again that is for sure.

• This hotel was like Fawlty Towers on steroids. We were charged $500 for facilities and room deposit as soon as we checked in. We were not told there were no facilities. The pool was a building site one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. The room. We had very hot water coming out of both taps. The couldnt fix this. The safe needed a new door to make it work. The soap dispenser was broken. The sink had a massive crack in it. They said they would replace it AFTER WE LEFT ! ! Reception always had massive queues not enough staff. Do not come here Disgraceful ! This hotel and its management are not fit for purpose ! !
