My account was fully verified and no bonuses or wagering applied.After more than a week the withdrawal still showed “Under Review.” Customer support repeatedly apologised but never provided a factual update reason or timeline. When I pressed for details to the point were I was boiling with frustration my account was excluded and I have now lost access to my funds.LegendPlay is operated by Novaforge reportedly based in the Marshall Islands and claiming an Anjouan Gaming Authority licence. Remember when you play in an online casino you dont play with these casinos owned by Novaforge and look for tough regulators that act compliants like UK or Malta regulatory authority. 6 days and still no payment received !
- I’ve been waiting for two withdrawals for six days now. I’ve played on this site for months and it never took more than 24 hours before. When it’s about making a deposit it takes one second but when it comes to paying people it takes a week...I returned to your site after a six-month break and I truly regret that decision.
