- I honestly don’t know how they get away with lying to customers about their RTP percentages. You aren’t even given an insight on what your probability’s of success will look like. After depositing just shy of 5 grand averaging between 20p - £2 bets I am nearly 2/3’s of that down. I have simply had it with this provider and will never gamble with them again. You will never ever win on their games no matter how hard you may try and the so called customer support they provide is an absolute disgrace. - I’m very disappointed with the agent. I was simply asking questions about my withdrawal when she asked me something and I responded promptly. Right after that she blocked my account. I contacted customer support to find out why my account was blocked especially since I was being polite and just answering her questions. She chose to block me and said i was saying concerning things which i did not! while I was in the middle of a game extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked to unblock my account as i still wanted to play but said no.

- Site sucks. No extra treatment with over 2 million in wager and 150k in deposits. Bank withdrawal method is the worse support say they can’t do anything unless it takes more then 5 business days. Stopped playing there for over 2 years just come back and it’s worse. Would not recommend
