- Impossible to win on slots. Should be investigation into this site. There statistics are not correct and the actual gameplay is repetitive to time loss and wins. On 20 cent play you lose one euro per minute guaranteed. The usual response from Leo Vegas is expected bla bla bla! But just don’t play on this sitenot that there is much better available in Spain. - Waiting over one week for my money . As was my first withdrawal request i do understand that documents have to be sent and this is what i did . As been using only virtual card not phisical sent over teen screen shots which they rejected even saying that they accepting . Been in bank get the letter (been waiting 3 hours) finally they accepted. Now it is 3 days that am waiting for my withdrawal to be processed and only what I can hear on live chat is same shit automatic replies that human have to check documents . Absolutely useless customer service . And believe is only few hundreds pound . Looks like have to report it to gambling commission.

- After playing Leovegas I won some money . They locked my account for temporary 3 monthsI can come back after 26 April 2025 and I got a email from responsible gaming department that I have to withdraw my fundsDue to the larger amount they suggested a wire transfer. The wire transfer was approved and sent on 23 January 2025 the amount:$180000 CAD and I got the confirmation email in that day . We re now February 15 and still haven’t received my money on February 8 I requested to check this case and submitted them the bank statement from January 23 -February 8 they said will investigate the wire transfer. Different customer support agent said different things they are blaming the processor for missing money or delayedand just tell me the same thing they can’t see any updates tell me just wait .. the payment team will sent you the via email when they have updates but no email nothing… they won’t give me name of processor or a time frame when this issue will be resolved . Not providing wire transfer payment id nothing … I have withdrawn from them in the past and never have this kind of issue .When we deposit to the game account just in a second! But if you want to withdraw a big win or big amount! that take too long ! I received a reply from Leovegas team on my post Leovegas professional team request my info to look at my account and follow up my case I sent my account information to the team on February17 2025 at 10:12 am ontario Canada ( GMT-5) thanks so much Leovegas team ! And also reply the Email to Trustpilot team . Submitted my name and phone number email address and also the wire transfer’s reference number . Leovegas customer support told me that wire transfer :$180000 CAD was sent on 2025-01-23 10:13:24 UTC Time I contacted the customer support today February 19 .2025 because i asked for updates they told me a different thing now they Said they haven’t sent the wire transfer yet and sorry to me before they gave me the wrong information and told me this withdraw needs 2 different approval The first is from their end to the provider after that need the provider approve this transaction and told me all good and no worries will be sent email to me when they got final approval then wait for other 15 business days again . I choice trust Leovegas team the time will tells the true ! And then I asked him it’s this time for real ? the Leovegas agent Said all good ! So I have to keep waiting more time . Before there was over 10 different customer support agents told me the same thing already sent on January 23 .2025 and I got the confirmation email too. Now it’s different thing . I hope Leovegas payment team can do it as soon as possible becaue for me it’s already been waited one month already .I will keep updating.. Today February /20/2025 The money still not arrive to my bank account:(
