• A Total Scam – Stay Far Away From Slotocash Casino!I received an email claiming that I won something at Slotocash Casino so naturally I was excited. I tried to log into my account to check the details but the site kept saying “Unable to log in” and directed me to contact customer service. I did just that thinking it was a simple issue.I explained that I had won something and sent them a screenshot of the email I received. Then out of nowhere the customer service agent responds with “Sorry your account has been flagged.” Just like that – no explanation no warning nothing. Suddenly my account is flagged and I have no idea why.This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. It’s clear that they don’t care about their customers or the winnings they promise. • Redeemed comp points for a 15$ free play and then requested a withdrawal of 100$. They denied me my withdrawal and REMOVED my winnings (1.1k at the time) and the reason given is that I was redeeming consecutive bonuses when I had an active balance. When asked promptly what it meant the higher up told me that I breached TCs because I redeemed the free play but had not deposited within the last 3 months. There was ZERO indication and nothing that stopped me from redeeming the comp point (One would assume its a loyalty bonus).

• Sloto cash took my winning.I won the maximum of $200 from my coupon and then played with the $200 winnings and made it all the way up to $800.They then took my $600 and said the maximum for the coupon was $200.But i already won the maximum of $200 and there was $131.4 reversed after playthrough was done to put me on the maximum of $200.I then played with the $200 after my bonus was completed and won $800 which they deducted $600 dollars from becuase the Maximum for the coupon was $200 but the coupon was already completed.The $600 i won has nothing to do with the bonus becuase it was already handled

• I made a deposit and was granted free play for being a new customer but had a playthrough of $10k or more once I completed the playthrough I had earned winnings of $604 I then used Comp points 350 to get $7 free play at the same time I requested a withdraw of $560 +$30fee of my winnings. They denied the withdrawal stating I used free play of$7 which voids all winnings. I looked at the TCs nothing of the such states that using comp points for free play voids your winnings when you want to withdraw

• Total scam. They will let you deposit anything you want but as soon as you win money and want to withdraw it theyll ask you to send in a million different documents and tell you that you sent the wrong one in. Ive been doing this with them for two months. Theyre still claiming this transaction is not on the bank statement. So Im disputing the original charge and letting everybody know that it is absolutely a scam you will never get your money out of this casino
