• Worst casino and customer service I have experienced so far. They advertise as having instant withdrawal however they do not inform that they leave withdrawal pending for several days they ignore live chat dont reply to emails I have submitted the documents several days ago. I submitted bank statement three days ago I sent it again yesterday and tried to get in contact with live support. They have not even opened any of my emails. today I got an email saying my withdrawal cant be approved because they need bank statement. will respond once every 24 h requesting more documents or reject documents that have NEVER been rejected by other casinos. I personally think this casino is a scam. I am expecting they are going to steal my money the withdrawal will probably never be approved. which sucks because Im a single mom on disability.
