- Absolutely diabolical.. to start off with it was deposit £10 get £30 free and 100 free spins I never got 100 free spins.Then I had to wager £2000 before being able to withdraw meaning it was impossible to actually win anything.They refused my driving licences as a verification. This company is a scam do not play with them ever!!!

- AVOID THIS SITE!!!Upon registering they say to ‘verify to enable faster payment’. If you dont verify payments take longer. ITS A LIE. They will WITH HOLD all your payouts until you provide VERY INTRUSIVE unnecessary DOCUMENTATION. I have accounts with over 20 different sites and this site asks for more paperwork than any other. After sending ALL DOCUMENTS so i can get my £180 back after depositing over £4000!!!….. I went to log on yesterday to find MY ACCOUNT CLOSED. So no i cant see if my payout is coming? - After triggering a bonus with bonus funds i know i had to spend a certain wager. Once my wager was met i should of been left with £600 to withdraw atleast..maybe even £700 but this site took everything and left me with £35 laughable really. No other decent site deducts the funds they let you keep everything once wager has been met. Account closed.

- Im only awarding 1 star as you cant give none or minus. A complete con do not waste your money on there so called promotions.. the only time you ever win anythng is when they are running oromotions you cannot withdraw on. There rules cOntradict each other. I woukd strongly advise you to spebd your money on more ethical sites. Complete waste of time and money.

- I wish to change my card payment details. I have already missed 3 powerball games and other lotteries I play so it seem me like many others are just ignored. I have been trying for a week now I have contacted support with no joy support on the website does not work. The phone numbers do not work. The emails you send are not responded to it honestly surprises me that this company are not losing 1000s of customers a day as the customer support is non existant.

- I have been depositing and withdrawing for years with LottoGo with no problems not large amounts. However a few days ago I had a win of £1180 and put a withdrawal request in to which I was told I had to provide documentation I didn’t have before I could withdraw it. Asked if they can help me and let me submit any other forms with no help given. I was then told my withdrawal will be there for however long it would take me to get the documents needed. So I try log in today and they have cancelled my account. This is absolutely disgraceful they are so fast to take my money but when it is a nice win to pay out they cancel my account with no explanation or even warning issued. I’ll be taking this further as I have screenshots and plenty of proof that they haven’t paid my money and have just blocked me from the site. Absolutely unacceptable in any way.

- Scam! I have won on the el Gordon Spanish lottery 300 euros . Whilst it said results pending I checked the numbers on the actual lottery website for winning numbers ! I had played 10 lines on won a total of 300£ When I logged into lotto go it says results and winnings were £2.20 . This is false ! I have won 300 with 4 correct numbers and confirmed by el gordo website . They don’t answer my query on contact agent section and basically have probably kept my winings. They will not pay out and will only pay out a few pounds while most likely keeping your actual winnings . Terrible and hod knows what happens when someone has a really big win ! SCAM
