There should be a lawsuit against this app!
- I have been playing this app for over q year and I had enough tokens for the $100 gift cards and none would be available to get. Even waited when the timer ran out only to find out none could be purchased. Total scam! All that time wasted for nothing!

- I have had this app for about 9 months and I am finding the more tokens I get the less opportunities I have to win. They actually take away your chances the more you win. Most everything is a scam I suppose. Definitely false advertising on their part. Very frustrating. I have emailed them and always received an email saying my email couldnt be delivered. 🙄

I have had this app for over a year
- I have had this app for over a year and as soon as I had enough tokens for the $100 amazon gift card all of a sudden none of the gift cards were available for me to redeem. For the last 2 months I have set alarms day & night to be on the app when the time counts down to release the gift cards yet the timer just resets and starts over saying none available. TOTAL SCAM

There is no real money that will be sent to you
- I wish someone would create a review that you could put negative Stars on. I supposedly won $250 on a scratcher after 5 weeks and not receiving it I followed their protocol and emailed them (4*) no one responded found an email that was different that was online when I googled it sent one there no response now they posted a new help desk sent an email there no response. Bottom line this apple drain your battery give access to your personal information to so many sites youll get spam texts calls emails and the claim of paying out real cash is false false. DONT BELIEVE THEM DONT INSTALL

Lucktastic gift cards never unlock
- Ive been a VIP with Lucktastic for years. Its gotten much harder to receive gift cards the past couple of years. Recently they added countdown timers for their gift cards. 3 times now Ive set an alarm so I could go to the gift card page & watch the countdown hit 0 to unlock the card so I could get it. The timer resets when it hits 0 & DOESNT UNLOCK THE CARD!!! When I email support they give me generic answers & dont address the problem.Im considering recording a video of the countdown timer resetting & cards not being unlocked so I can share with NBC 10 in Philadelphia the Better Business Bureau & social media. I just want my rightfully earned gift cards!

Lot of fluff
- Lot of fluff. No real results poor customer support very little evidence the app is paying on any of the bigger prizes. They pay on some $2 & $5 cards. Once in a great while they claim there is a winner on something bigger but most times you never hear of who won contests. That is strange considering they would/should want people to know there was big winners.

- Never any gift cards available except for 1 which is 2 million tokens and you only get a $1 gift card. Ive checked and checked everyday now for over a month and they still say sold out. Ive wasted time Ill never get back playing a game that never pays out or has gift cards. Waste of time and another game app Ill be deleting.

- I would not even give this app 1 star but have to in order to write a review. SCAM SCAM SCAM I have been on this app for over 3 years never won a damn thing and when I go to get gift cards there is technical difficulties which is there way of keeping people from obtaining the gift cards.This is nothing but a waste of time.

- At first it was fun. Accumulating tokens by scratching cards. But after you accumulate enough tokens to actually get a prize there is no pay out. If you want to have an app that gives you REAL Giftcard try Fetch. All you do is scan your grocery reciepts and earn points for real prizes. Ive already got 2 giftcards

False Advertising - SCAM
- While you can play their scratch cards and win points its impossible to actually redeem them. I have been trying to redeem my points for MONTHS and everything is always out of stock try back later. I have tried to contact them twice (around January and again around April) and never received a response. I have filed a BBB case and they didnt respond to that (to me or to the BBB) either.

They are a scam
- They are a scam! They doesnt pay out! Lucktastic doesnt always give you the scratch cards. They will either run an ad before providing the card to you or will insist on you loading an app and spending money to get the card. Once you finally get the points that they say you need you are told to load even more apps to actually claim your reward. After youve loaded all the apps they never provides the gift card at had said they would.

What A Joke of an App
- What a joke of an app. I spent months accumulating enough points to get the gift card i wanted. Then when i go to check out it tells me the gift card isnt available. So i email them and then they try to tell me than Im not on the right tier of points to get it. Something about me being silver and that award being for gold members. If that made any sense i would understand. But there is NO mention anywhere about that reward needing any specific tier of points to cash out. They simply dont want to give the rewards theyre advertising. Dont waste your time on this scam.

- I’ve been playing for nearly 2 years at first I won a $10 Burger King card and $100 Amazon gift card but they got rid of all the opportunities to earn tokens which Earn gift cardsThen they conveniently deleted my account and will not answer any of my emails for customer support so I can’t redeem my second hundred dollar gift card these people are scam artists they find a ways so they don’t actually have to pay you out anything
