• I recently started playing on this platform and really enjoyed it. I have uploaded multiple large amounts of funds.And now after winning I have run into some issues with trying to withdraw. After winning a large sum and completing all verification. I was told my withdrawal would be proposed in 24 to 48 hours. And now I have been told my withdrawal is under review ? I thought this was an honest and trusted platform. All ive been told is theyre waiting on a response from the appropriate department. I really do hope this gets resolved as I did think this was an honest and trusted platform. I do appreciate your response back. I did receive an email asking for more documents which I have sent in.Its been well more than 24 hours. Ive used these same documents before to be verified.And I have still not received response back.Im used to the verification process being a lot quicker and having a lot more consideration. Seems like they dont take the withdrawal process as serious or with as much care.Once again hope to receive a response.

Issues with withdrawal after winning a large sum.

• Ill start by saying this casino was excellent too me in all the time I played up until they sent me an email stating they needed to see my bank records and paystubs. Because I play so much it must have flagged on their end. I was reluctant to send a casino my personal and private documents. But I agreed and sent everything they asked for. As they sifted through my records which clearly shows my source of funding they come across a few cash deposits. And ask for an explanation and more bank records.. I told them of the cash deposits and refused anymore bank records as I had went above and beyond the documents they asked for. So as our chats became more heated they became very hostile and started in on how they are under agco requirements for responsible gaming. Which is just a nice suggestion so as to cover their asses from liability. They dont give a shit. Then they say they have escalated it further. I asked where and who is receiving my documents now. Because the people Alexander and Helena whom were reviewing the documents state in the emails a strict confidence on their privacy policy for players. So it ended with them. All the while these lying pricks wouldnt let me withdrawal the 600 bucks in winnings I had in my account. But they sure as shit would still let me deposit. How does that work. I asked for them to just close the account and send me the funds and they said nothing. I still dont know as too whom has my banking info and paystubs. Because they blocked me from emailing and closed my account stealing the 600 bucks. Ive spent thousands at that casino and this is how youre treated.? They dont give a about players. Dont know where this casino is out of. I think Norway or some place like that. So now where im at is I hace 3 lawyers willing to work the case pro Bono. And will only take a fee if they win. They have suggested a class action lawsuit against this company and its representatives. They have caused nothing but anxiety stomped on my rights and most of all just stole the winnings and cut all ties with me. Im looking for many players who have been screwed over by these scumbags. if you have a legitimate case. Return here and let these lawyers take them for a ride. They deserve it. Money owed to players constant run around causing anxiety through the roof but mostly going beyond their authority while using the agcos licensing and regulations... way beyond. Regardless they need a wake up call.

• Wouldnt reccomand this casino site they will do everything possible to stall withdraw... so you can reverse withdrawl and lose your money.. Asking me document after another..Note i am withdrawing and depositing same payment method e-transfer. I am glad i only deposit $10 good thing i didnt deposit alot like i do with other casinos. • First deposit they scammed me out of my bonus second deposit i got my bonus on a 0× wager requirement with a deposit of 20. You have to wager the 20 which is fine i did ×3. I wagered 61.20 and tried to pull my funds. then they tell me i must wager my deposit or i cant get my funds although i can clearly see how much i wagered in my activity. Stay away from unlucky scam casino...plenty of better ones out there
